i drink at least 10 glasses a day and it's awesome, it helps with the digestive system and helps you become less likely to retain water.

very overrated. recently lost 66 pounds and i never eat organic food. i guess it's cool if you're really dedicated...but i know as someone who LOOOVES food, i could never live off of that stuff. most of it is so bland, aside from maybe 2 brands.

Okay, I so need to chime in on this!!!

I have recently lost over 50 pounds. All of my life I was bigger. My highest weight was 250+ pounds. Of COURSE I had men who would make comments about my weight, not just men, people in general...And I always would let it get to me. We're human, things like that hurt! But THEN as I got older, I realized that I was taking in all of the NEGATIVE and not paying attention to as much positive reinforcement people have given me! Think about it, there has to be TONS of people in your life who have told you how beautiful you are. I see your picture you're pretty! But then one comment from one man hurts like a dagger since he means a lot to you...Even if he DIDN'T mean a lot, it would hurt since it's rejection. Sometimes it is sooo easy to lose track and brush off nice comments about ourselves and only focus on the negative. I am telling you right now, there are TONS of men who prefer women with weight on their bodies. Actually...I've found MORE men who appreciate curvy women. Before I realized this, I would put myself on crazy diets and just gain MORE weight, it never worked! It wasn't until I realized I'm AWESOME the way I am that I started losing weight, because I was doing it for ME, and not just to "look good" but to feel good. Weight does not determine anything. It is something uncreative people point out because they want to belittle you and can't think of any better way to do it.

For every man who INSULTS you because of your curves, there are TEN men who would embrace you for the wonderful voluptuous woman you are! So dump his *bleep* and find someone better because GIRL YOU ARE TOO PRETTY for his *bleep*! Doing so will give you the confidence boost to a journey of loving yourself. I know it sounds corny but I've lived it so I know how you feel!

I fluctuate from around 180-205, I am not ashamed to say so, and it is because I know I look good and my fiance does as well! You just need to find a man that finds you sexy regardless. Different men prefer different things! I love being a sexy size 13, my fiance loves it, and it took me awhile to love myself, and once you get to this point, small comments from arrogant people only make you STRONGER!

Off-Topic / Re: What celebrity does ot deserve their fame and why?????
« on: December 22, 2010, 07:13:15 pm »Message ID: 288660
I would say nobody because I don't look towards fame as a positive thing...

As for Sarah Palin or ANY political office member, I think they all earned the right to be famous. Whether or not I agree with what they have done or how they have done it, they still put some work in...Unlike half of the dimwits you see on TMZ.

I also agree with the previous poster about the girls on 16 and Pregnant...What a shame...Totally glorifies teen pregnancy. Now many young girls WANT to become pregnant for their 15 minutes of fame...Just wait til they're 30 and nobody cares anymore... :-X

I highly doubt MTV will air a reunion called, "30 with children." So sad!
