You can use extra virgin olive oil also.  Or the old fashioned Mayo but not crazy about that one.  I like the evoo just heat it and put on just like the hot oil treatment and you can add some conditionar if you want to it and shower cap / plastic wrap and a warm towels etc.  But I rarely get me time with two boys and only parent.

Spanking in not abuse.  If you are going far beyond what a spanking is then yes.  Its the only way to let them know sometimes that doing wrong has consequences.  Sometimes that involves having a few licks added as well.  It makes you remember so you don't do it again.  A spanking never hurt anyone just their feelings.  Never appoligise for it either.  Don't dewell on it once its over move on don't stay mad just let it go.  Good luck!!

If it was bad stuff that he tried to do then I would make sure to tell others that work there especially if they are women.  I would go to talk to him and request the payment of your 2 weeks.  Then tell him why you quit.  If this guy is not a good person I would make it known.  Bring a recorder so you have back up just in case.

First of all you have to come to site more and do the daily clicks.  Daily email, daily .15c,  survey offers, there are many free offers to choose from that you don't have to spend any money to do.  But you have to actually do them.  You can do the paid to post 30 posts with plenty of them being contributory, there are videos to watch, there is plenty to do on the site just start clicking and reading so you can start making the money.  It isn't hard to do at all.  Watch the tutorial video's on the home page it shows you step by step.  You can do this just start and keep going....

I'm a total nube...and am sure im just being stupid...but, how do you redeem the paid to click dailys? I have been trying for 2 days now and  never seem to be able to redeem .

I follow all the instructions to click on 3 topics and visit a sponser site, and wait until the 3 minutes are up, but I cant seem to be able to redeem the 15 cents.

Please help

Thats were your missing it you have to click on 4 of the topics in the left side like entertainment, workout video, lottery, receipies, news, etc then after the time is up you click one of the Sponsors ads like Toluna Opinions, SurveyScout or Luckysurf then you go right back to the page unless you decide to sign-up for that site and click the link under redeem then click the second part of that link then refresh the page and then click check account.  In Step three it guides you and tells you what you have completed and not completed.  You can do it.  Good luck and have fun!!
