I then suspected that because I used an alternate email that I preferred for FedEx notifications to go to rather than my email that I use for surveys and such that maybe it did not credit for that reason. I went through the process again,, the second time using my email and account info that I use for this type of stuff....and STILL NO CREDIT.
It shows in my clicked offers list that I did it, but states "NO CREDIT"....
Not sure why....I did open a support ticket.
It confuses me how some people complete offers and get credit quickly (which I do get credit pretty quickly most of the time) and how others take much longer to get credit, or just never get credit at all
I didn't get credit either, and I did this yesterday. I was able to create my logon info, but when signing up for Delivery Manager (which you have to do to get this credit), I got an error saying that it could not verify me with the information I provided. That didn't make sense to me, so this morning I tried again using my previous last name (just got married 2 months ago) and a different email address and that didn't work either. I don't understand how it could "not verify me"....I'm using MY information!!
Same here, but I did this morning.
i submitted a support ticket...was told that i didn't get credit because i did the offer twice.....i did the offer over thinking i had to use the same email as i use for FC... (which they say you don't...you can use any email, it tracks in a different way)...but anyway...that doesn't explain why i didn't get credit for the first time...wouldn't have had to re-do it ....so, basically, I did not learn anything from the response....i got the confirmation email and it did go thru the verify who i am portion of the sign up process and did confirm...but no credit.
BUMMED!!
