Not sure if I got this from yesterday or not. I had listened to 18 or 19 rounds and did not see anything today as a bonus for doing more than 15 rounds. Again another unsupported promise attached to the new format. Shame on FC. Got it backwards. Over promise and under deliver.. Not the way it is supposed to be done. Just in case ya'all have not heard of this it is supposed to be under promise and over deliver, provide and deliver more than what people expect. Fortunately for me, I had already lowered my expectations that there would continue to be issues and that most of the new items would not work and old issues would not be cleaned up. Must say from that standpoint congrats expectations met.

watched the Earn ˝ cent Medication Facts and TYLENOL® Safety numerous times today and no credit for any of them. As expected the new format is not working as promised, all of the remaining videos will not even open. using Firefox  so as I anticipated, not working and no credit. Sorry FC-- major fail on the new launch

it only credited once when I watched videos over and over for close to 4 hours throughout the afternoon, that is Numerous times indicates, more that just the 2 times to get the 1 cent. I was alternating between videos and the radio.Please review what all I clicked yesterday and how many times.  Now today no videos as promised, and the radio app is not consistently accepting captchas. As expected new format still has issues , thus supporting my original premise that the time and energy would have been better spent on getting things to work, credit and finding additional opportunities for members. Sorry, still consider the new to be a non-wow and major fail.

surprise, surprise, new set up, no videos to view, radio only sporadic, not accepting captchas FC surveys Dq'd on    stuff is pretty much the same as it has always been. Sorry to be a downer but this is exactly what I anticipated, all the hype and no performance improvement.

@msmoneybags48 you can get there slightly faster if you cash out at or near the $25 mark so you can get paid and post a proof of payment that will earn you an extra dollar pretty fast. Also make sure you are doing slightly more than the 30 forum posts per month and complete the form for that and pick up $3 relatively easily as well. Both of those will help you launch into the next $25 goal. Even if you are aiming for $30 cash out sooner to get the $1 posting bonus, and just let the money accumulate in your paypal account or transfer it to an interest bearing account you may have.

I use Firefox and if a font is not the right size for me I can do one of two things, if I need it bigger, just hold down control and push the + button until the size is what you want it to be, If it is too large then hold the control button and push the - sign until it shrinks down to what you want. If I remember right you may have to do that each time you freshly access the site , daily as I don't think there is a way to safe the setting since it could be different from site to site and page to page. The only one that seems to remain for me is my email. Not sure why, I am not that techno savvy but this was one shortcut that someone taught me without having to reset my entire system through the control panel etc.   Hope maybe this will help.

I am a member of both and decided to run a test and thus far IBD is ahead for this month by about 40% and I even gave FC a two day head start. I don't qualify for hardly any surveys on either one and do not have referrals on either. It just seems that IBD has had more videos this month which has helped a great deal . I think FC has gotten side tracked by concentrating on the new design and layout and has forgotten about the basics of providing fresh opportunities that actually pay their members. Hopefully by the end of the year they will have all of the issues corrected and can turn the focus back to what is truly important, making money for the members and for FC. Good luck

same here, especially if it has only been posted in the discussion board thread, I don't read anything there as I am not interested in recipes, counting to infinity or positive affirmations daily. We did finally get the choice to view both the old and new versions when we receive our daily email, but since it seems there are still issues, I don't trust clicking on the new version as I am afraid of losing my opportunity to make my maximum earnings for the day. I already lost 2-4 cents because I did not receive my daily email when the beta testing first started, I wrote up a support ticket and was told that my ISP might not have been supported, so I had to re register with an alternate email address, but was never credited for the lost opportunity that I should have been able to process had FC included updating my ISP and my ISP responding to FC/ to me things that should have been done in the background before rushing to throw the switch to the newer version. No turning back in a few more days and I anticipate a good deal of issues as with anything where the IT egos feel they are infallible and things have not been fully tested. Far better to have spent time correcting former non working matters or marketing and gathering more ligit and paying offers.

I think most people would not have a problem with earning the 5 cents between PTC's as long as there were enough choices that actually work each and every day in order to be able to do so. It is frustrating to me when the only things that I can choose from are the radio or searches. The tasks are just so convoluted in their instructions and grading that they are near impossible for me, I don't qualify for surveys, not willing to use a CC for any offer, so there you have it, just have to plug along one penny at a time. BUT if I thought I could do the radio to earn my points and it does not work, that is adding insult to injury in effect. Anytime any portion of the site or feature does not work, it is not a good thing. The majority of the members are straight forward and just trying to honestly make a little money, no need for it to be stacked against us.

@thtrngng if you receive the daily email there are two different places that you can click to go forward with your activities. One takes you through to the site in the format you have been accustomed to the other is the new design, or you can use the link Admin provided here. It does appear that it remains in the new format for 4 hours unless you go back to the thread that gives you an option to switch back to the old format. Believe me, I could not get there fast enough. Not a fan of wasting time "improving" things that did not need messing with. Would have preferred that the time and energy be used to procure more offers, and fixing other things that don't work. Especially would have appreciated the procurement of surveys that have expanded demographics so more of us could qualify. Oh well, will keep plugging along, one penny at a time.

That is nice, since the radio is about the only thing that many of us are able to do, with no videos to speak of on a regular daily basis, and when one cannot qualify for surveys. Will give us something to look forward to if we put in close to 2.5 hours of listening time.

I looked at the new design briefly but it looks to juvenile in my opinion. Kind of like Kmart trying to look like Target and failing miserably. I just don't understand why there had to be time and energy spent on this that could have been spent on procuring better offers, more offers that actually credit and taking care of known issues of things that haven't worked for a long time. There was no need for such a change. Just fix things that don't work and add more choices.

I had tried this some time ago when it was available once before and never got credit for it. It was disappointing as I very very rarely qualify for any of the surveys so I had hoped this one would have credited for me since I was actually able to work through the requested information and should have credited easily. Oh well. We live and learn. It may credit for someone someday so I would encourage folks to try it at least once, but most likely if you submit a support ticket you will get the standard spin answer, beyond the control of FC and they don't get paid if we don't get paid. Good luck .

when asked to share to your page on FB you can select for it to post to your timeline and only be seen by you and then you can delete it later from the FB side. Also if you have to click the LIKE button you can also go back and unlike later from the FB side so as to not clutter up your FB feed etc.
