waterbed for me. i've had a waterbed for over 20 years. regular mattresses kill my back and they're hot! i know it seems since waterbeds are heated that they'd be hotter, but my theory is regular mattresses hold onto your body heat more than a rubber bladder full of water can.

i am completely abnormal. i get to sleep about 11am and get up between 7-8pm. it completely screws up my life. if i need to go to an appointment, or make plans with friends, or get together with family for holidays. i end up tired, and miserable, and feeling sick to my stomach so i can't enjoy myself and i'm probably not very fun to be around. i've tried to change it, but i've been staying up all night for 11 years and i just can't do it.

i'm 31 and lived in eastern iowa within a 30 mile radius my entire life. needless to say i would love a change in scenery, especially some place much warmer in the winter months.
