You could always use the line that you are going to just have to agree to disagree and drop it.
Sometimes it's just not worth arguing with someone that is so passionate about their particular issue.

Money is money ... no shame in my game I would pick them all up.
As far as the germs, from picking up a coin, statement doesn't make sense.
Think about all the handling the coins in the cash register or bank for that matter.
They are not sterile.
Free standing money out in the elements is probably cleaner than the ones that are
handled all over the place ...

Off-Topic / Re: What do you like better grape juice or apple juice?
« on: August 12, 2011, 02:18:51 am »Message ID: 400650
Definitely grape juice. A lot of anti-oxidants.
Lots of healthy benefits.
Apple juice is just sugar water with a hint of apple flavoring.

LOL I had the same problem ... now like above ... I throw on an old Tshirt, my board shorts, and go barefoot.
It's a day at the beach ... minus the sand, and ocean ... but there is a sponge. LOL

I try not to be a big bread eater.
I makes for a nice compliment in moderation to a dinner.
Of course fresh bread for sandwiches is a must.

A nap during the day would be bad news for me.
My naps are for hours at a time.
If I were to nap during the day I would never be able to sleep at night.

Off-Topic / Re: how long can deli meat last out of fridge?
« on: August 12, 2011, 01:54:19 am »Message ID: 400640
It's not a good idea to leave it out long.
Most deli meats once sliced are only good for about 3 days before starts breaking down from all the surface area exposed to air.
You should only have it out of the frig for making your sandwich and return asap.
It just doesn't keep well.

Red meat is a definite go!
A nice rare to medium rare cut of steak on the grill.
A bleeding prime rib with horseradish and a nice light gravy ... yum.

I have tried salad without dressing a few times.
I didn't like it.
I love a nice fresh dressing soaked salad.

Thanks for the recipe.
I will tweak it just a bit.
I would add ranch dressing mix with kellogs bread crumbs and the parmesan cheese.

Sounds like a good recipe. I would add cheese (colby/chedder) some pasta and fresh herbs like basil.
Thanks for idea ... I will give a try next week.

Publix cakes hands down.
The selection is great and the service in the bakery has always been friendly and helpful.
They have done several cakes for friends at work, and without fail everyone has really enjoyed them.
