When we lived in Galveston our apartment complex was a couple of blocks away from a market and I'd walk sometimes passing this memorial field surrounded in Lavender. The smell was breathtaking, but Gulf surrounding the island causes major mosquito infestation. I often spent too much time smelling the lavender as seen by the mosquito bites. I just knew one of them would soon swoop down and carry me off. They were that big and so was there bite or piercing.

I haven't been able to do that offer on FC, because it's from Offer Toro, and those always give me an error message.
I'm getting that PX 1 Error message right now.

The weather here in East Texas has been threatening tornadic activity. Luckily so far we've only got a little rain. Forecast is for severe storms again for the next couple of days, but I need to do some outdoor work so either rain and be done for a while or hold out until I can accomplish what I need to do, but please no tornadoes, twisters, damaging winds, floods, or hail.

If I won a trip, I'd request the money instead. Choosing a vacation would be hard. I love to go to Gatlinburg, TN but I think NYC would be fun or maybe California, as far as US goes. I have always wanted to go to England, Scotland, Ireland France, Spain and Germany. So overseas would be a more difficult choice.

I love the simplicity of a white Calla Lilly. I envision my next home being surrounded in Gardenia shrubs too. My husband likes the delicate orchids that you often see in bathrooms.

I got pulled over by a trooper for speeding, got a warning but also was told I had nice tan legs. Didn't know what to think about that one. When I was younger I was complimented that I had a ghetto bubble butt. Hadn't had that one in a while. Not very PC either.

I always wanted to be a home builder. I think the whole process is interesting. I agree it can be stressful but so is anything else worth doing. The thing that stressed me out about it was making sure it was done right. I was always afraid of even the best, most reputable contractors cutting corners. For that reason I was there nearly every day wanting to know what is happening. A project manager to guide you so the builders can work is worth it's weight in gold. A good one will take on a lot of the stress and keep you informed every step of the way including time constraints and budget modifications. I've been thinking of moving lately but have seen so many new homes that I may not consider building, but if I can't get the privacy I building may be my only option. Right now in life, I just don't want to envision the finale but have to wait to see it done for real.

... but you will have to stop for bathroom breaks no matter what you drink.

Unless you wear an adult diaper.   :-[

It won't keep you from having to relieve yourself, but anything with caffeine should do the trick - unless you are somehow immune to its effects.  Personally, I do not drink coffee or tea and I never drink caffeinated pop - have been off of it since my college days.  So a few months ago I was making about a 3 or 4 hour drive home with my family in the evening and I was dead tired.  Rather than risk it, I stopped at a convenience store and bought a bottle of Mountain Dew (that was my drink of choice in high school).  It absolutely did the trick!  Wide awake for the entire drive home. But a lot of that effect was due to my general limited caffeine intake otehrwise.  If you are already a coffee or Pepsi/Coke drinker, your experience may vary.

But be careful!  There was a teen in SC who recently died after drinking several caffeine drinks over the course of a few hours.  I think he had a coffee, a large soda, and an energy drink. A LOT of caffeine, for sure, but deadly?

Mountain Dew was also my drink of choice growing up. In the glass bottle was the best it kept me awake through school and later college. I can't even look at it now or my HBP will react. Did not hear of this unfortunate tragedy. I guess people respond differently to different things. My husband drinks 2-3 pots of coffee every morning and then he can actually go back to sleep. I can get lethal amounts of morphine and it do nothing for pain due to my receptors not responding to it. If I'm in the ER they start out on Dilaudid and go on to Fentanyl if need be.
