It's very clear at this point that they just don't want to pay me my money. They asked me to fax a copy of my ID which I did - twice. There are many sites with better opportunities and better support. FC doesn't respond to questions or complaints. Really terrible.

Around $40. It's really frustrating as this has been going on for literally months. Tickets have been opened and closed as if the issue is resolved. Customer service for this site is really terrible. No wonder they choose to do business by fax.

For three months I've been trying to get FusionCash to allow me to cashout. They've asked me to fax them a copy of ID which I have and which they've acknowledged receiving. I've also emailed it to them several times. And yet I still can't cash out. I've filed a pair of complaints with the Better Business Bureau who apparently have no better success reaching an actual person at FC than I do. There are so many better options for earning but I'd like to get what's owed to me before I leave. Anyone have any advice?

I had to send a fax to verify my ID (who faxes anything anymore) and spent weeks trying to see whether it had been received. I finally got a response that it had been "processed" but when I attempt to cashout I'm told I cannot because my last cashout was rejected. I've been trying to get paid for over a month and getting a little frustrated by the lack of support. Any suggestions are welcome.
