I have been trying to enter my info.into my account so I can do surveys. ever since I joined I keep getting this error below.

We're sorry, but an internal error prevented your request from going through.

To Everyone answering:  I go to my account then to account settings & info. I type in all the
info required and hit save and I get that error message above every-time. when I try to do a survey it tells me  i must complete my account setting before I can do the survey.

Enter your info where? We can't help unless we know what/where you are trying to do this

Hmmm, what kind of info are you trying to enter? Where on the site are you doing it? I think with all that's going on in the world right now, it's been my experience that some sites are a lot slower than normal.
