I used to get the "not a valid search" message too. I never did find a solution and there are no guidelines to tell us what a valid search really is. I stopped using the search function about a year ago and still see people having trouble with it.

Absolutely check with your Dr. Heart issues are not to be trifled with. A healthy diet and exercise are good for anyone. Ask your Dr about exercising as you don't want to over do it but still need to do enough to be beneficial.

I usually sleep on my back. I toss and turn a bit but still wind up on my back. Of course that doesn't include the 1/2 hour or so I sleep in a chair in front of my PC.

The internet is my TV. I often go a week without turning on the tube. Yes I still have an old TV with a picture tube. RCA.. before they went broke.

Usually butter and jelly or jam. But honey is always good too. If it's raisin or cinnamon toast, just butter.

I have seen ads about Virtapay but know little else. I am always skeptical of online payment systems ever since Payza wiped out my account. I doubt even bitcoins will last.

It varies but I like ham and pineapple. Just about any meat is good and even just cheese. Homemade pizza is the best.
