I opened an account directly at RL. I wanted to cancel and there is no way to do so online. A support ticket has gone unanswered for 5 days. A phone doesn't do much better.. the request to cancel is being "forwarded". And then there is this from their own privacy policy:
Sharing Information; Your Consent to Sharing
We may rent, sell, and share your personal information and non-personal information with our network partners and third-party affiliates for the purposes of direct mail, email marketing, mobile marketing, and telemarketing. Additionally, we may share such personal information with the broadcaster to whose station you listen.
