I can't see that it really matters when you cash out if you plan to continue using FC. Any money not paid in your current cashout simply rolls over to the next one. Hopefully it's never ending...why stop ?

I usually get 5 - 6 hours. I wish I could sleep longer, but when I wake up, thats it! I almost never set an alarm and I just sleep as long as I can.

Accurate statistics for swine flu will not be easy. Many patients will never be tested even when seeing a physician. Doctors will treat as if a patient has swine flu based on symptoms. Treatment will be similar to any serious flu. For those that think this is some sort of scam, this flu strain should not be taken lightly.
