No need for any atheist to attempt to debate with me about what I believe in. I BELIEVE IN GOD. I REFUSE TO ARGUE ABOUT IT. NO NEED TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO COMMENT ON ANYTHING I POST ON HERE ABOUT THE GOD THAT I KNOW AND SERVE. I WILL ONLY IGNORE YOU. NO NEED TO ARGUE OR DEBATE ABOUT WHAT I BELIEVE IN. NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE GOD THAT I KNOW AND LOVE..........

I can remember hurrying home from school to watch cartoons like Ducktails, and Darkwing Duck. The Smurfs were also one of my favorites. Now I adore watching Phineas and Ferb with my kids.

Off-Topic / Internet Check Scams( FAKE NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION CASHIERS CHECKS CIRCULATING
« on: September 12, 2012, 07:25:08 pm »Message ID: 603802
Over the last two months I have been receiving strange emails from different people in need of a personal assistant. Though they made some promising offers I refused to respond to them. 600 dollars a week to simply send emails from home was too good to be true. After about two weeks of ignoring these people I received an offer from a man named Eric stating that he wanted me to help him with getting funding to some Cancer Patients in three different third world countries. I exchanged several different emails with Mr. Nesbit about his particular program. He told me that he would send me a check for my services along with instructions on exactly what he needed me to do.

keeping and notification purposes. You will find a moneygram agent at the nearest walmart.

After receiving a Navy Federal Credit Union check for 6850 I decided to do my research on the origin of the cashiers check. Almost anybody that asks you to deposit money into your account, withdraw money and send money to other parties is involved in a scam. Navy Federal informed me that the Cashiers Check was fake, and that I should not deposit it into my account. I was told to make a report. BEWARE OF SCAMS LIKE THIS. THEY ARE BECOMING MORE POPULAR. NEVER TRUST ANYONE THAT HAS TO PAY YOU WITH A CASHIERS CHECK. REQUEST CASH, OR PAYPAL. DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF AN INTERNET SCAM.

Off-Topic / Libras Rule!!!!
« on: September 02, 2012, 04:52:55 pm »Message ID: 598475
I am sure that some people aren't into astrology, but I have done some research. Most of what I have found about people born around a specific time of the year has proved to be accurate. So my question to you is, "What's your favorite Zodiac sign"....of course I'm a Libra so Libras are number one on my list. We are very compassionate people.

Off-Topic / Favorite day of the week!!!

There is something about Friday that makes me extremely happy. Maybe it is because I have weekends off, and spend most of my weekends spending time with friends, and family? I find myself more often looking forward to Friday evenings. Friday has become my favorite day of the week.

Off-Topic / Unemployment
« on: August 25, 2012, 11:34:25 am »Message ID: 593440
As I watch so many qualified individuals take pink slips and head to the nearest unemployment office I can't help but be concerned about the condition of our workforce. I can't speak for residents of other states, but here in Georgia it is no longer about what you know. You are qualified for a position based on your relationship with a specific person or persons  employed with the agency or company. Unemployment is at an all time high. But the facts aren't being considered. How can we help the unemployment rate? The employers are allowing nepotism to destroy the workforce. People with four year degrees are loosing their jobs simply because they are not directly related to the boss. It's sad that you can get laid off simply because you're not willing to be friends with the people responsible for the hiring within a specific company. There really should be more laws in place to protect the workforce. Some of us that live in States like Georgia in which workers rights aren't enforced are really suffering.

Off-Topic / Christmas isn't Christmas anymore!!!!
« on: August 20, 2012, 05:12:11 pm »Message ID: 590974
As the Christmas season approaches I can't help but to wonder why I don't feel excited anymore. Many claim that it is because this is a holiday mainly enjoyed more during a persons childhood. Normally by August I am ready to start my shopping, and I'm asking my kids what they want. But for the last three years I just haven't been in the spirit. It's not just Christmas though. Easter, Thanksgiving, and some of the other holidays that I use to cherish just aren't appealing to me anymore. Is it just me? The holidays just aren't the holidays anymore.
