I agree,  There is no difference.  I have one friend, who is gay, that had to go to the Philippines to get a baby.  But he is the greatest dad ever.  He even puts my husband to shame,  and he is a good dad.  My friend is just so happy to have this baby that he dotes on it and it is definitely well loved
