Off-Topic / Re: Why Do People Celebrate Christmas If They Don't Believe In Christ?
« on: November 25, 2011, 01:39:11 pm »Message ID: 450976
I am also of the opinion that Christmas has become more of a secular holiday revolving around family and togetherness and being appreciative of what you have and helping others that maybe don't have as much.

I don't think Jesus would mind so many people the world over taking this time to be giving and loving and helping others regardless of whether or not they practice one religion or another. I think the spirit behind the celebrations is what ultimately counts. :)

Off-Topic / Re: BLACK FRIDAY!!!! How was it?
« on: November 25, 2011, 01:22:44 pm »Message ID: 450974
I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and calm everyone was being. It was *REALLY* busy where I was at but no fighting, yelling, pushing etc. Not like I have seen it some years! And BONUS....I managed to pick up everything that I was looking for. :)

Off-Topic / Re: Ever zoned out while reading?
« on: November 18, 2011, 06:28:54 pm »Message ID: 448395
I have zoned out when reading to my son as well but usually its Cat in the Hat or The Napping House. Two books that I could probably recite from the front seat while driving I have read them to him so many times. LOL

I'm also guilty of semi-awareness while driving. I take the same backroads everyday, there is little to no traffic and if I don't hit any red lights or anything, suddenly I'm at work. Sadly the one thing that prevents this inattention is now illegal.....when I talk on the phone while driving the opposite happens, I'm hyper aware of everything around me including people walking on the sidewalks. I swear me being on the phone saved a man's life once, had I just been driving I would have hit him when he decided to run across the street, in the dark, between 2 streetlights, wearing dark clothing. I had just hung up less than a minute before he did that....was still in hyperaware mode, stopped suddenly and my mom starting yelling at me about paying attention while driving....then she saw the guy too. Had SHE have been driving he would have been squished.

Off-Topic / Re: Parking lot stop signs
« on: November 18, 2011, 06:19:14 pm »Message ID: 448390
I too always obey the stop signs everywhere even in parking lots!! :)  In my experience if there is a stop sign in a parking lot then there is usually a crosswalk and people coming out of the store don't look as well as they should if there is a stop sign there. So I'm protecting people that don't pay attention. LOL

Off-Topic / Re: do you sleep with the tv on or off
« on: November 18, 2011, 06:16:07 pm »Message ID: 448388
I would never be able to get good sleep with the TV on. I can doze if I'm really tired but I still wake up frequently to see what's going on. Even white noise keeps me awake because my brain is trying to make sense of it.

Off-Topic / Re: Can You Force Someone To Live The Way You Want Them To?

Absolutely not!  You can hope that they make good choices but overall what they do is what they are going to do..... unfortunately that holds true even if others are involved and could potentially be endangered by choices being made.

Offers / Re: Lots of NEW Videos
« on: November 18, 2011, 05:42:59 pm »Message ID: 448373
I can't tell if I have any videos or not. My page won't load all the way. :(  I'll have to try through another browser and see what I get because without the videos or the daily email I'm not going to make cash out before things start expiring.....it's so frustrating because I know that this site is awesome and half of what I do all the time isn't working for me.  :crybaby2:

Just saw the little thing about the Skip button! I really hope it works because I like completing these offers but don't want to pay $9.99 per month on my cell for these. :)

Thanks everyone!

Support / Re: Daily paid email problems

I've been having the same problem for over a month. :(  I have tried clearing my cookies and using another browser both and I'm still getting that annoying white window. Makes me sad....I looked forward to that 2 cents each day.

FusionCash / Re: no $3 this month
« on: November 07, 2011, 01:41:09 pm »Message ID: 443699
I always try to make sure that I am coming to the forum and making 2 or 3 posts a day if there is something that I feel like contributing too. When I was consistently here I managed to easily get my forum bonus every month. Lately I haven't been as consistent and have yet to even make 20 posts for the month since August. Bummer for me. LOL

Offers / Re: What did you do with your extra hour?
« on: November 07, 2011, 01:15:33 pm »Message ID: 443694
I used the extra hour to work on schoolwork AND I ended up getting to sleep in as well because my son didn't wake up until after 11.  ;D

Off-Topic / Re: Would you be offended if?
« on: November 07, 2011, 01:03:13 pm »Message ID: 443689
To be honest I'm always really surprised if a cashier at say the grocery store remembers me unless I have been going through their line once a week for 6 months or more. LOL So no I wouldn't be offended. :)

At work a couple of weeks ago I had a guest come in and I was selling to her and took a peek at the pictures that she had purchased two weeks ago and discovered that *I* had been the photographer. I felt horrible about that one and she just laughed and said well you see lots of people. I'm still surprised at myself though because I am particularly good with faces. I may not remember your name but I usually know if I have seen you before and within 2 weeks...sheesh!

For the most part I do think that people realize that we are coached to offer whatever it is to EVERY customer/guest regardless of whether they have turned it down before or not. :)

Off-Topic / Re: Body Type/Clothing

It's always nice to renew your style as well! After I had my son I was going through my clothes and realized that most were bought in high school and it's different than I what I wanted to wear. I just went through all my "small" clothes and donated the majority of them because #1 I won't ever be that size again (WAY too thin for me) and #2 Even the larger small clothes just wouldn't be something that I would be comfortable wearing anymore.

Have fun renewing your wardrobe!!! :)

Payments / Re: How Long has everyone been use fusion cash???
« on: November 07, 2011, 12:44:51 pm »Message ID: 443684
A little over 2 years now. Every once in awhile I'll take a break for a few months and then get back into it. Really fighting the get back into it this time since I was silly enough to take a break before cashing out. Now I'm going to be racing the expiration dates on some of my stuff.  :BangHead: Entirely my own fault though. Going to have to hit the surveys majorly and hope I qualify!

My eyes are brown unless I'm really tired and then they look more hazel (with lots of green).
