I did this offer & I still have the knife. You do not send it back. It is yours to keep. It's like any other membership/subscription offer. You must either cancel your membership/subscription after you receive the free item or do nothing to get more knives in the future that you will be charged for. Either way, the free knife is yours. It's the same for the skillet offer too & a few other offers like this that I have completed over the years. Read the directions carefully & take a screenshot of the terms & write all of the info down so you won't forget anything.

Yes you can use the same card. FYI: A debit card can be used as well.

I posted a new message thread about the Santoku knife and from the responses I am getting it sounds like there is a subscription that you have to cancel later and you may also need to return the knife to avoid another charge.

This one works the same as the skillet. You do not have to send the knife back. It is a membership club so you must cancel your membership if you do not want to purchase more knives.
