Off-Topic / Re: DNA test results

I have not had an interest in DNA testing.  My husband got an email from a Social Worker recently as someone is looking for their birth family and is reaching out.  My husband's aunt died several months before this search began.  Still checking details.....

I've looked for your survey for about 15 minutes with no luck.  Thanks for sharing though because someone else may find it and benefit.

Looks like a fun tool.  I just look at the time on the computer and make sure I go past three minutes.

I rarely stay up to help ring in the New Year.  This year I worked on New Year's Day so I went to bed as usual on New Year's Eve.

I take my tree and decorations down on my first weekend off work after Christmas.  No specific date, just whatever day I have the time.  Today I am sorting through the Christmas boxes and plan to downsize .

We got one for Christmas.  Today was the first time out of the box.  It is a Ninja Foodie so it is big enough for a family of four.  It is rectangular instead of the round style and it flips up out of the way when it's not in use.  I look forward to quick easy meals.  The recipe book included has some good looking items to try.

I never found any drink that I really liked so I just stick to lemonade.  I remember drinking a screwdriver on one New Year's Eve.  Didn't really sit with me well...

I work as a caregiver in a group home.  4 individuals live there.  2 need daily respiratory treatments and use ventilators.  The other two both have traumatic brain injuries from accidents years ago.  All need assistance with every aspect of daily living.....feeding, bathing, dressing, medications.

I have made Lefse for years.  I think of it as a family if we can't get together, I don't make it.

I visit my primary physician annually for my Annual Physical.

I also see my Dermatologist almost annually.   This year I'm glad I didn't skip her!   I had 3 spots biopsied.
One mole turned out to be a melanoma.  Luckily for me very very early stage so a surgery took the mole and a 1cm margin around it.  All clear now.

I used to log onto FC almost daily......since 2009.

Goodness, it's 12/11 and today is only the 4th day I've visited.  UGH!  What happened?  I am out of my daily routine.
 :( :( :(

Our town has a Historical Society Museum which also houses over 4000 Nutcrackers as well as depictions of life in the county for early settlers and pioneers, a doll collection, and exhibits from local businesses of years ago.
