I know people complain about 2020 being horrible, but it wasn't a bad year for me. I got laid off from my job, which I hated, just before the pandemic started, got the stimulus and all the extra covid money with my unemployment benefits, then I landed my dream job. Thankfully I know only three people that have tested positive for covid, and they've all had mild symptoms. So far things have been pretty good for me.  :)

2020 wasnt all that terrible for me either.
it caused some complications and slow down some processes.
but being laid off from the hospital and being able to get that extra unemployment was a good thing. i got to rebond with my babies and try to get into a routine.

having to close day cares and what not. and that this craziness that still exists makes things hard sometime.

I have day care to go back but  what happens if they shut down. i cant afford a few weeks off cuz they had covid. i am thankful for the extra weeks of unemployment because for me i have yet to go back to work full time.

I was working 70 hours before this.

When  I see a troll in the forum, I just move on to the next topic. I will not give them the time of day :)
Good choice, they do not effect my earnings at all if I ignore them.

I am just here shaking my head. time to move on

God loves me. Jesus died to save me from going to Hell.  :angel11:

I love my family dearly. They are phenomenal people.  :in-love:

I have plenty of food to eat and a place to sleep every night. I have lots of books to read and plenty of movies to watch.  :icon_rr:

I exercise and take vitamins so my body is healthy and strong.

Life is good.  :rainbow:

Howzat for positive thinking?  :highfive:

that is super awesome for positive thinking

and after being homeless myself. I am very thankful that I just have a place over my head. when I was working 70 hours a week it wasn't to bad but I don't know what I would have done if I was still homeless when this all hit.

being able to have the basics in life is such a wonderful thing!!!!

so blessed

I have had a positive in my life recently.  My daughter who lost her 4 year old son on Easter Sunday just found out that she is going to have a baby.  I'm so excited.

OMG that is super exciting. but that's also gotta be hard on momma thinking that her older child and the new baby wont meet.

prayers for a healthy and happy baby. congrats

Being positive can make your world clearer, thereby making your life sunnier and happier.

they say if you can vision it then it can happen.

I keep envisioning the business I am trying to start up will take off but am feeling really down about it.

I wanted to get a new vehicle this year but I don't think that will be a good financial decision in the long run. just going to pay it off and wait another year.

what are some positive things that have happened in your life recently?

lets focus on hopefully instead of the bad.

lets have a positive outlook. ill go first.

I was able to move into a bigger apartment, I got my job transfer and should be able to work my way up at this new building. I have found some people that I have become good friends with. some negative items have come off my credit report.
Glad to hear you had some positives.

Its been the opposite for many in this world the past yr.

I had my best yr in tips from my job when i thought it wouldnt be as good.We all could use the extra $$$ but it told me how much i am appreciated with what i do and i dont know anyone who doesnt like being told that.

On the other hand I know there is a bad storm brewing on the horizon and i hope i can survive it with my loved ones and i speak a lot about it here on FC and appreciate those that have been good listeners.

Yep definitely know about downs.

today I got a text message from my kids day care that they will be closed for the next 2 weeks as they don't have enough workers to keep the place running as many are quarantined. It makes me nervous that so many people around my kids got sick but it also makes me worry that I have to be outta work for 2 weeks. that's a good 700 I will be missing out on. maybe unemployment will be able to cover and hopefully I can get that stimulus tomorrow.
Azan...i dont know what state U R in or if UR state offers this.

I live in NY and i know for a fact they offer Pandemic unemployment.Look into it and the criteria to qualify.

I am in Michigan and I am waiting for the new federal rules to go in affect. it sounds like some people have gotten theirs but I have seen nothing reflected in my account yet. I have reached out to them.

The positives in my life is my son in law recovered from the virus and no one else got it.

Wonderful news

well I am already on well was on unemployment cuz of the job I got laid off from. and I was never able to go back to work full time. used to work 70 hours a week. I am lucky if I can get 24.

because of the way the bill was written dec 26th my unemployment ended and I had some weeks left. I am hoping that this new bill takes affect and they make changes to my account.

I don't currently draw off the company I am working for anyhow. I am drawing off the hospital who had to let people go and take away hours due to shutting down everything that wasn't essiental

that's is awesome. I am so glad that he recovered and was able to not pass the virus along.

I think I had it before this was a major thing. if I would have went to the urgent care a few days later I feel like I would have had a different diagnois

I’m glad you had positives this year, I hope you can resolve your day care problem.  I had a good year, but in the last two months my world turned upside down.  I’m hoping 2021 can be positive again.  And I hope everyone has a much better year this year

yes totally agree life has definitely been turned upside down for a lot of people.

life would be better with all this covid stuff. we have never caught up to how crazy we once were at mcdonalds. the place I work for keeps cutting back freebies the community used to enjoy because of the amount of money that it has been costing us.

even the hospital has seen better days.

honestly. school isn't going to last forever. giving up some free time now could mean tons of free time later on in life. I wish I knew that the first time I went to college and really made something of myself.

I'm not sure about the getting paid situation.  I missed last month, so imagine will need to have 30 posts for the next 3 consecutive months to get paid.  That's my understanding.

huh? I thought it was 30 posts each month. almost 1 post each day depending on the month.

It would be nice if they would pay us.  I could at least cash out again.  I really miss TAP Research.  I could at least get the five cents each pay so I could do the paid to click.

I like the one where you got a penny for being disqualified.
and that helped with the 5 cents that you needed to do paid to click.
at this rate I can only do the paid to click like every 5 days. it seems I only get 1 video to work each day

Yes, things have changed, I have not been paid to post since March or April I lost count.

yes this really sucks.
my plan is just to do them and submit them and pray for the best.
