Rewards after you search for "Construction Jobs", explore results, and sign up for at least one "sponsored offer" .

There were no construction jobs to explore just another generic offer to fill out.

today most all of the videos arent videos at all or even slides.  just sends me to a site which does nothing.   for example  "adverify"  comes up for at least 3 videos.
