It could have been from watching a show about drugs or just thinking about it before you sleep.  I don't read too much into dreams, but when they are detailed enough for me to remember the next day I usually can find it related to what I was thinking beforehand or what I was watching on TV.

I tend to eat throughout the day.  When I feel a crave, I go for it.

This is a coffee drink I've had ever since I was a kid.  A few tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk and coffee mixed together.  Also, this tastes great cold too.

I sometimes watch paranormal shows, but I do not believe in ghosts.

I like watching the paranormal shows too, but as to whether they exist or not will depend on personal experience and I don't so as of now  :dontknow:

I think the US is lacking in the ability to speak more than one language.  Most other countries make it a requirement to learn English in addition to their native tongue and often people in Europe are able to speak two or more additional languages.  So yes...I think it should be mandatory for all children to learn a second language and probably Spanish would be the top choice.

Adding on to this I think we should start these kids all the way into elementary so that the learning experience will actually stick.  How many of us took a language in high school, but still remember anything?

Also, I think knowing another language would be more useful than say... calculus, but we still learn it even though a majority of us will never use it.

Debate & Discuss / Re: Is obesity child abuse?

It's unfortunate, but it depends on the case.  Some households have 2 working parents and live in neighborhoods where there is a lack of grocery stores.  Without a grocery stores many parents and children have to make due with what is close by like a 7-eleven or a fast food restaurant.  Obese cases just aren't as black and white as one would expect.  :dontknow:

Colorado had a bit of snow, but it melted pretty quickly.  Winter has been late this year for us.  :(

Wow, how stuck up can you be?  So what if he was awkward?  He didn't have any bad intentions and was trying to be friendly.  Not everyone has the capability to act "normal" whatever that may mean.  Also, based on the way you dress, it's not difficult to realize why he thought you were in the anime club, I would have thought the same thing.

Not having enough funds.

Yup.  After 3 months I finally got an interview.  Hopefully I get the job so I can stop worrying about where I'm going to get the money to buy presents.

It's great to stay connected, but people are taking facebook and the new technologies overboard.  I really don't like going out to eat and having everyone's face in their phone having other conversations on facebook and social networing sites.  It's rude. And although it's a great way to stay connected with many people, it's fairly easy to neglect the people that are close to you.  Basically, what I'm seeing is that people are trading in the quality of friends for quantity and are finding it more acceptable or easier to talk to a screen rather than an actual person.
