Hi. It sounds as if you would like to do something about your weight but as you say "sometimes I go crazy with food". The other part of the equation is exercise. If you are burning calories then what you eat is less important. It is important but less so. I was overweight and decided to run. At first it was a joke. I could not make it to the end of the driveway. Then I made it to the stop sign at the end of my street. Little by little I made it further and further. I lost the weight I wanted to lose. Now I swim and ride my bike and paddle my kayak. They are less stressful on my knees and hips. A side benefit to exercise is the endorphins that are released in my body which make me feel GREAT!
