Your attempt to anger readers fell short on anyone within the financial industry. The peeps writing your story regarding the horrific invasion of privacy bestowed upon citizens of the United States by the big, bad Bank of America entity/people missed review of the the USA Patriot act (thanks to Dubya), FDIC Law and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Domestic Terrorists are not a protected class and bank/credit/money transfer companies are allowed to share information (without permission of the citizen) if there is any suspicion that the funds may be involved in the commission of money laundering, terrorist activity and/or the funding of terrorist activity. The large portion of my day is spent reviewing transactions to make sure that the money is not being used for illicit activity and, if so, filing the requisite suspicious activity reports, If the money is believed to be associated with terrorist activity and/or money laundering the report is put on a heightened status to the responsible law enforcement agency.

of the pro-trump protestors, that died yesterday during his hobby of treason and sedition, was previously pictured loving on two rifles (oh so-Rambo style) with a caption stating he wished his opponents would come to his hood in Alabama. He died of a heart attack after accidently tasering himself. Guess the guns couldn't guard him from his own lack of intelligence. Thirteen rioters have been arrested with dozens more placed on wanted bulletins by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Perhaps they will be arrested before they do harm to them selves. Comfort comes in the thought that these fine citizens will be charged with treason, sedition and rebellion among other charges any one of which will relieve them of their right to bear arms and vote. I think neutering should be added to their penalties.

Members are resigning, jumping ship and chastising trump. Are we surprised? trump was impeached. The house impeached trump. He was one of three presidents that have been impeached. So many people cling to thoughts other than he was impeached but the truth is that trump was impeached. All the Senate needed to do was to follow through with the wishes of the citizen majority, carried out by the House, and removed trump from office. It is more than likely that whoever took trump's spot would have taken the pandemic seriously and percentage of the three hundred and sixty five thousand dead Americans (including my mother) would still be alive. Five people died yesterday as a result of a rush on the Capitol after trump continued to lie about the election being stolen. Five people who will not be going home to their families. The blood of these five is on the hands of the Senate members that allowed trump to continue.

Off-Topic / Veto Proof Bill
« on: December 11, 2020, 01:55:57 pm »Message ID: 1346669
A bill is considered veto proof if a two thirds vote in the house and senate is achieved. A sweeping defense bill was passed by the senate on December eleventh with a vote of eighty four to thirteen. The impeached, soon to be ex, president had promised to veto this bill because it did not include a repeal of Section 230/law that shields internet companies from what is posted on their websites. Just hours before the vote, donald said that he hoped the Republicans would vote against this act "which I will Veto". Tough month for the lad as he loses the election to Biden over and over with each new vote count and more than fourty eight out of fifty cases have been rejected or dropped. The supreme court has stated that "voters, not lawyers, choose the president".

Awarded to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris leaving donald unusually quite given this, his second loss to Biden. The magazine acknowledged that the two have got quite a challenge ahead of them as they try to repair "the fracture in society, the division that has been stoked by trump and his presidency" per Time magazine, bringing the pandemic under control and working on decreasing racial justice per Time magazine. Biden/Harris represents something historic (per Time) beating three other finalists: Dr. Anthony Fauci, the racial justice movement and "and donald trump, who lost the White House race". Time's editor in chief stated the win was "for changing the American Story, for showing that the forces of empathy are greater than the furies of division, for sharing a vision of healing in a grieving world".

to donald trump. German Magazine Der Spiegel has bestowed, upon the impeached one, the title of "The Loser of the Year". This award was given for: refusal to take responsibility in the worst crisis the country has suffered for one hundred years; complicity in the deaths of numerous Americans; politicizing and playing down the pandemic; complete weakness driven by a disdain for science and expertise; blaming Antifa for violence while setting himself apart from right-wing extremist militias; being impeached (of course);unfounded  dismissal of numerous officials; division of the country not as a by product but as a goal; refusal to accept election defeat (even after eight plus supreme court decisions); and his presidency ending as it began-without decency and without dignity. Not quite the Nobel prize that he and Putin were nominated for (and Obama won).

has fallen. A second term for the impeached one would have allowed many law suits against him to have been dissolved due to statutes of limitation. Negligent action taken while in office will still be afforded protection but actions outside of the office may be tried and leaves trump open to prosecution in seventy one days. Most notably: hush-money payments made during the 2016 campaign to Stormy Daniels (pornstar) and Karen McDougal (playboy bunny)can now be addressed; tax returns can now be made public; legal proceedings may now be levied on allegations that trump inflated asset values to secure loans and get tax benefits and, at other times, deflated values presented to the Internal Revenue Service in order to pay less taxes (Son Eric has been deposed as this action begins); he must face two defamation lawsuits by women accusing him of sexually assaulting them-he tried to use the Justice Department to handle this one-unsuccessfully; he will have to face charges of nonprofit funds misuse to enrich the president; there is also a lawsuit for coverage of attorney's fees that were promised to be paid the Trump organization.

One of the most prominent, Conservative, Republican newspapers has endorsed a democratic candidate for the first time in one hundred years. According to Fox News (surprisingly) the newspaper has endorsed Joe Biden. The newspaper criticized trump for the three trillion dollars created before CoVid hit, indicated that he lacks the skill set for a second term, and stated "Joe Biden may not be the president we want, but in 2020, he is the president we desperately need. He will be a president to bring people together and right the ship of the state"..." Sadly, president trump has proven himself to be the antithesis of thoughtful and pragmatic; he has failed to earn a second term". Biden was described as a "caring, compaaaionate and professional public servant".

Off-Topic / EBay

Has anyone sold anything on EBay? I have purchased things before. I have also had someone fraudulently sell something on my account several years ago and I think they still have a two cent balance on my account. I lost a hubcap on one of our cars. Seven months ago I went through the dealer to get a new hubcap and it ended up costing over seventy dollars. Last week I noticed that one of my hub caps is cracked. I discovered that I can get four new hubcaps (cool looking upgrades) from Walmart for about forty dollars. I thought I would list my other three original hubcaps on Ebay which would more than pay for the new hubcaps. I also found a Tiffany sterling silver necklace that I would like to get rid of. I don't think that either of these things can be sold on amazon. Ebay seems like the right venue. Anybody had any luck?

I have been working from home, full time since the middle of January. This has allowed me to be uber organized. It has given me time back normally wasted on commutes, work interruptions, showers, clothes choices/cleaning. I have managed to finish off two large projects: I added a four hundred square foot flagstone patio (approximately) and more than doubled the size of my newly expanded waterfall. I have done more things around the house which has made relations with my wife better. I have discovered additional streams of income. I have been reading thirty minutes a day, learning two foreign languages for thirty minutes a day, and working out an hour every day. I have trained my one year old retreiver and felt good enough about it to get him a playmate that I am currently training. I wash my hands(and sanitize more), do not have dishes in my sink or over flowing laundry.

Off-Topic / And in other 'Non-News"...
« on: September 09, 2020, 03:09:34 pm »Message ID: 1338809
A thirteen year old, autistic white boy was shot by police in Salt Lake City, Utah after his mother called 911 seeking help for her son who was having a mental break down. Related non-news: there have been no riots. Additional non-news: The national guard has not been called in. Even more 'non-news': No calls to defund the police were issued. No comments have been issued from the Biden political tour or White House representives as to whether a visit will be made by politicians capitalizing on news events.  The boy's mother questioned why non-lethal, less aggressive, alternate tools were not used, especially given that the nature of the call was provided as a mental health crisis. Police body cam footage will be released ten business days after the incident. An online fund raising page has been created to help the boy with injuries to his ankles, shoulder, intestines and bladder.

The latest rally with minimal mask coverage. Perhaps the president is looking for another excuse to employ if he loses the election...his constituency dying due to CoVid awarded at rallies. Arizona, Oklahoma, North Carolina...maybe a focus on rallying in battle ground states would be a good idea? Strengthen Biden's position in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Virginia and Iowa by holding rallies that ultimately kill supporters that embrace his mask wearing stance? The United States is only five thousand and fifteen deaths away from hitting two hundred thousand...America is Greatly beating all other countries in death count. The Spanish/1918 (AKA American flu-originated here) went from February 1918 to April 1920. If the CoVid death count keeps this pace it should meet, and beat, the 1918 pandemic.

The president has a heart...albeit for playboy bunnies, pornographic movie stars and child sex traffickers. Melania's husband sent his well wishes to Ghislaine Maxwell who is charged with facilitating child sex trafficking with Jeffrey Epstein. The white house tried, lamely, to explain that it was because a guilty child sex trafficker (Jeffrey Epstein) ended up dead in a jail cell. The white house also indicated that donald had been really tough on Epstein, even went so far as to bar him from the internationally renowned Mar A Lago resort ('poo poo on you, no champagne and caviar for you'). The white house explained that don had banned epstein in the early two thousands-long before this case went to court. Soooo, don had knowledge of this illicit behavior years before it went to court. One can only think of how many children would have been spared had the knowledge been shared with the authorities at that time rather than simply grounding him from the club.

Off-Topic / RIP Richard Rose
« on: July 16, 2020, 10:30:02 am »Message ID: 1332470
Thirty seven year old truck driver from Ohio who shared pearls of wisdom like: "Trump 2020", "I'm not buying a bleep mask"; "I've made it this far by not buying into that bleep hype" died July fourth of CoVid. He was perfectly healthy (without a mask) at a crowded pool party on June thirteenth and tested positive for CoVid on July first (the next day he said "This covid sucks! I'm so out of breath just sitting here"), was put under quarantine for fourteen days, dying three days later. A close friend, beside himself with grief, said Rick's loss was horrible but acknowledged that the bigger tragedy is the other people that may have become infected because of Rick's chosen actions. Mr. Rose was also known for criticizing the Black Lives Matter protests, mocking Islamic face coverings and the idea that gender is non-binary.Mr. Rose's final words were "When you see me in heaven don't bleep yourself you judgmental bleeps".

Off-Topic / Now Masks are Okay
« on: July 01, 2020, 03:01:15 pm »Message ID: 1330571
The president endorsed wearing masks, to fight the spread of coronavirus, today after five months Fellow party mates have endorsed the use of masks with some urging the president to set a good example for the American public. The vice president had relented and began wearing a mask several weeks ago. It was only a month ago that the vice president had visited a hospital without a mask on. The Senate Majority leader endorsed masks this week and stated that there should be no stigma associated with the wearing of masks. A variety of excuses have been proffered including not wanting to please the press or wearing of a mask leading to poor optics with foreign leaders. The president had blasted a reuter's analyst for wearing a face mask as a political ploy. In March the president had mocked Joe Biden for being a fear mongerer. Rush Limbaugh (LOL) said that the masks are a "required symbol on the left to promote fear, to promote indecision, to promote the notion that we're nowhere near out of this.". Perhaps additional rehabilitation is needed by Limbaugh.
