Off-Topic / So what if Cain had an affair...
« on: November 05, 2011, 09:55:26 am »Message ID: 442843
if it did happen it was twenty one years ago!  He hasn't been caught at anything since...lol!  The fact that he is trying to hide something is much worse than the actual act.  Didn't we learn that from Bill Clinton?  All politicians seem to be power-driven, ego-maniacs and illicit sex, seemingly, allows them to control their engines enough to keep them from ruining a city, county, state, or country.  Given this line of thought I would venture to guess that George W was never exposed to infidelity!

Offers / Ghadafi...Dead?

Two major dictators ousted while Obama was at the helm?  Guantanamo rearranged so that unlawfully detained prisoners could be released? What do Obama naysayers have to say about this?  Obama was able to accomplish this in three years and Bush couldn't do it in eight years.  It would be great if Obama could take away some of the unnecessary things like the invasion of privacy  travelers suffer when going through security at the airport.

Off-Topic / Perry passing the baton to Romney...couldn't see that one coming!
« on: October 11, 2011, 07:57:26 pm »Message ID: 430825
LOL!  How many of the conservative, evangelical Republicans are going to vote for Romney?  Maybe he did it just so the Governor of New Jersey would finally say yes to running?  I vote on issues and think that both Obama and Romney would make fine Presidents but know that the Republicans will never gather en masse to vote for someone without main street religious background.  NPR has even quoted some as saying that Romney was in a cult!  Good Luck to all and God Bless America!

Off-Topic / Why wasn't Russell Brand allowed in Canada?
« on: October 02, 2011, 09:09:09 am »Message ID: 425846
I have read several accounts but have been unable to determine why Canada wouldn't allow him in the country.  One article alludes to Japan not allowing him in Japan because of his Drug convictions.  Maybe it is because his wife's, Katy Perry, music is so atrocious...lol Has anyone bought any of his books?  I heard that he was a wild thing...drugs sex and rock and roll at levels that would make addicts in each of the respective areas shudder at achieving!

Off-Topic / Are the Republicans getting desparate?
« on: October 01, 2011, 01:11:40 pm »Message ID: 425275
They are practically begging the guy from New Jersey...who has said at least six times this week that he has no intention of running!  Even if he does end up running he will be viewed as a liar because he has said undoubtedlly no so many times.  I understand giving up on Perry...he was worse of a maniac than George W, Sarah Palin is mentally retarded,  Bachman has split personalities and Republicans could never join forces to vote for someone who has a religion that isn't main stay...even though I think Romney is a sharp individual.  I like Obama but his different tax rates for different groups is crazy and I am not wild about his healthcare agenda.

Off-Topic / Thirty days of health, anyone?
« on: September 01, 2011, 05:33:20 am »Message ID: 410251
I want to see if anyone will commit to joining me in doing thirty minute of healthy activity every day in September?  I started by running thirty minutes on the thirtieth and biking thirty minutes on the thirty-first.  I am weighing in at two hundred and fifteen pounds and need to lose weight that I have gained since breaking my foot on the twenty first of September in 2010.  I am going to try and eat healthy six days of the week (one cheat day).  I have two demanding kids, two dogs and two jobs as well as a wife that needs attention!  I look forward to your posts!

Off-Topic / Michelle Bachman's promise
« on: August 18, 2011, 08:56:57 pm »Message ID: 404046
Wow...gas below two bucks a gallon-and I thought Sarah Palin was ignorant...wait...she is! They are fighting each other for Queen of crazy town! Rick Perry can be their court jester!  I think that the republicans are stacking idiots so that they can shift the votes to Romney when they fail.  I guess it is down to Romney versus Obama and I think we will win with either one in office.  Neither one will have a quick win after what George W did to us but things are looking up...wouldn't you agree?

You are all in my prayers: the people that died, the people who's loved ones died, the people who witnessed it or perhaps were trapped under that stage roof.  I couldn't begin to imagine what you went through.  Good luck with your recovery.  I know that all of us at fusion cash wish you the best and a quick recovery.  Your tragedy makes us realize how lucky we are just to spend time with our families and friends in good health.  Sometimes we take those things for granted.

Off-Topic / Packers Clay Matthews
« on: August 10, 2011, 05:33:04 pm »Message ID: 399846
Now this is a real football player...playing half the season with a broken leg, error free, and taking the Wisconsin team to the Superbowl!  Tougher competition this year...Bears and Lions seem to be taking shape but Matthews goes number one in my book.  Takes me back before all of these players became billion dollar babies. Bad weather? No problem? Run to the sidelines before you get hurt? No way!  Welcome back football warrior!  I hope others take notice and learn!

Off-Topic / What do you do with lazy neighbors?
« on: August 09, 2011, 08:12:27 pm »Message ID: 399378
I live in a somewhat affluent neighborhood.  I purchased my house while it had great neighbors.  One set of neighbors has moved and rents the house out on two year leases.  The current neighbors rarely cut their lawn, never take in their garbage containers, leave empty flower pots all over their driveway and park their cars outside their three car garage because the garage bays are filled with their boxed up belongings.  They have been there three months.  I mean seriously...have some respect.

Off-Topic / Should Welfare and Medicaid recipients be requird to take drug tests?
« on: August 09, 2011, 08:07:25 pm »Message ID: 399375
That is the current rule and I heard some people on the radio who were opposed to it.  Heck, if I have to take a drug test to get and keep a job why shouldn't other people have to be exposed to the same routine to get free benefits? The argument was that the children of people on welfare are the ones that suffer when the parents are unable to pass  drug test. The counter point was that the children should be taken into protective custody if their parents are doing illegal drugs.  What do you think?

Off-Topic / I didn't read Fusion-Cash's directions too well
« on: August 07, 2011, 07:32:17 am »Message ID: 397836
Two months ago I noiced that I wasn't getting credited for anything and my balance was actually diminishing.  The first support request ticket wasn't helpful and I continued to see my cash disappear...like ten dollars worth.  Used to getting cheated by other PTC's I submitted a second support reqest ticket and, after a few days of research, was told that you need to cash out everything within one hundred and eighty days.  So I cashed out.  Fusion Cash is still my favorite!

Off-Topic / Mom gets killed because she wanted to play Yahtze?
« on: July 15, 2011, 10:11:42 am »Message ID: 385780
Sup with that!  Tamara Lee Mason wated to play Yahtze with her 17, 18, and 25 year old sons...and they killed her instead? The 17 year old choked her, the 18 year old put a bag around her head and cinched it shut and the 25 year old hid the body until the ground was soft enough to bury the body.  I think that it would have been easier to tell mommy they weren't interested in playing!  Not one ounce of sense between three grown boys...something to replace the Casey Anthony BS!

Off-Topic / Derek Jeter not blessing the All-star game with his presence?

Mr. I-hit-3000-New-york-pays-me-better-than-an-oil-sheik is too good to at least make an appearance for the fans that pay his on-godly salary?  Seriously...it isn't like he is the home run king.  Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, Lou Gerig, and Joe Dimaggio belong in the hall of fame not only for being better ball players than DJ but because they knew what side of their bread the butter was on and actually loved their fans.  Today's professional athletes, in general, are non-appreciative pampered babies...especially baseball.

Off-Topic / Living in a 350 Square Foot home?
« on: June 02, 2011, 08:03:05 am »Message ID: 362050
I saw the YouTube video of a couple, and their teenage son, living in a 350 Square foot home! I liked the idea although my wife probably wouldn't go for it.  We would trade 4000 square feet and have two kids and two large dogs.  The family bought the house for $15,000.00...less than I paid for either of our cars and own their home free and clear. We pay over $2,300.00 per month. Nice to see that some people can live without excess.  Could any of you do it?
