FusionCash / Alternate means of making money with Fusion

Many of the sites that I frequent have options to browse advertisements, fillout surveys, review e-mails...all of which are rewarded with cash.  Does Fusion offer these kinds of opportunities? The website is a bit busy, from an aesthetic viewpoint, and I am hoping to get a quick fix/answer from the readers or administration.

30 posts for $30.00 is a novel idea but, I'm new to this, how does one post? I was able to figure out how to create this new topic but I am sure there is a way of responding to other people's posts?
