Bummer day...my wife decided that the antique jeep, that I owned free and clear, would make a nice bargaining  tool for another car that the kids could use. Driving this old clutter bucket to and from work every day was one of my only  sources of joy. Figuring out new ways to make it better, the looks that everyone gave it, the wind blowing through my hair, independence, freedom...all to buy the kids a fourth car. They totaled the first three: two of them were brand new. I kind of felt like this when I had to sell my first duplex so that we could use the equity to buy a bigger house for the family. It would be a little more tolerable if the family was somewhat nice, or compassionate, about it. I may have to throw my scooter in to the deal as well and drive a bicycle to work. I could use the money made from fusion cash but that would hurt worse.

Off-Topic / This is Post #2000 for me!
« on: March 26, 2016, 05:47:55 pm »Message ID: 1055435
I have been doing tasks with Fusion cash for over six years and just noticed my total post number was at 1999. I must have slacked in the first few months because I should be well over twenty one hundred posts if I have been doing this for over seventy two months! I didn't get too serious about it until about four or five years ago when I started hitting my posting bonuses every month and visited here every day. Daily emails, paid to clicks, videos and posting every day with one hundred percent of the proceeds going into investments. For about a year I was able to use the radio for pay option but I think that the radio program only liked to pay out smaller amounts. I was at my computer anywhere from sixteen to eighteen hours a day and listening to the radio. Thanks Fusioncash!

Off-Topic / Introducing my daughter to Fusion cash...
« on: August 06, 2015, 05:45:13 pm »Message ID: 1002776
My daughter takes off for college in thirteen days.  She is so much smarter, responsible, and focused than I was at that age. As a parting gift I am going to open a google blog for her to check out once per week. Each month I am going to update it with one money making idea and one money saving idea. Prior to this I am going to have her set up a fusion cash account and commit to giving it ten minutes worth of effort per day.  I am also going to set her up with two investment accounts and challenge her to compete with me in making money over the next four years. I will give her a small leather bound log to keep track of her gains, income, and investment ideas and ask her to trade income statements with me on the last Sunday of each month. I of course will be texting her every single day because I will miss her so much.

Payments / College bound daughter meets fusion cash...
« on: August 06, 2015, 05:33:10 pm »Message ID: 1002770
My daughter is headed off to college in thirteen days...I am so bummed! I am going to set her up with a few sites, a log and two investment accounts. I am going to set up a google blog account and then ask her to compete with me over the next four years. I will set up her fusion cash account and ask her to devote fifteen minutes a day to making cash on fusion. Thirty days after she has successfully visited every day I will set her up with another money making source and continue to do that for two years. I will drop her an e-mail or phone call on the last Sunday of every month with the specific intention of checking to see how her account has grown in comparison to mine.  Teaching her the value of a penny seems a little late at this stage but I was forty five when I started and have done quite well.

Off-Topic / IPhone Scam
« on: August 06, 2015, 05:25:26 pm »Message ID: 1002761
My son found a new IPhone six about two months ago and tried to find the owner for about three weeks. He went to AT&T and they said it was Verizon. He went to Verizon and they had to recharge it for a day. When Verizon was able to enter the phone they were unable to determine who the owner was. After exhausting all efforts I told my son to list it on Craigslist for six hundred dollars. He immediately got four offers. The first one offered him $750.00 if he would ship it to his son in Nigeria. The second one offered him $750.00 to send it to her sister in Nigeria. The 3rd one offered $750.00 to send it to their mate in Nigeria. All 3 demanded that we use paypal. We looked up phone scam on the net and found that scammers send you a fake e-mail notice that appears to be from paypal saying your money has been deposited. You send the phone, there is no money and they keep the phone.

Off-Topic / What are some of your ideas on cutting corners?
« on: February 05, 2015, 07:55:59 pm »Message ID: 957375
Also known as saving money! So many of us head out and think that we need to go out and find second jobs in order to make ends meet. I am guilty of the same as I work two full time jobs and a third part time job in addition to my personal money making pleasures like fusion cash. Someone just posted about how they save money going to the clearance rack at Kroger's which I am also notorious for doing. I'll start with my idea. I promised my two children that they can have their own cars when they turn sixteen. My son gets his license in three weeks. My day time job is five miles away so I am picking up a used mini scooter for thirteen hundred dollars and taking that to and from work. It doesn't need to be registered or insured, being bought from a private party so there will be no taxes on the transaction, the scooter get 85 mpg which should last sixteen days...and I will try and ride my bike on casual Fridays (the other four days of the week. I will be spending less than four dollars a month on transportation.

Off-Topic / 36 days into the New Year...How are
« on: February 05, 2015, 07:41:54 pm »Message ID: 957370
everyone's New Year's resolutions coming along?  I have hit the goals set for my two full time jobs and all of my private money making goals-although I didn't have my thirty plus posts completed by the twelfth of last month ( I am working harder on that his month). So finances-check. I have fallen short on m health goals though.  I have not hit the gym as much as I was aiming for and will need to do several two-a-day workouts to catch up. I did maintain my healthy eating goal somewhat but need to get a bit more strict with myself. My promise to read a book a month will be caught up shortly.  I was out of town last week and forgot to bring my book. If you have fallen off of your goals, tomorrow is a new day-hop back in the saddle and good luck!

Off-Topic / Non-competitive money making ideas
« on: February 05, 2015, 07:35:42 pm »Message ID: 957363
Does anyone have any ideas on how to make more money? Please share but don't violate Fusion Cash rules-no posting other sites. I'll go first with one that is pretty obvious but no one seems to want to do: Recycling Aluminum Cans. I have set a goal to pick up, crush and store three aluminum cans per day for an entire year. In so doing I anticipate a minimum of ten dollars and ninety five cents reward when I stop by the recycling depot.  In addition I am creating a cleaner and greener environment. I managed to find ninety four cans in January and am at fourteen for the month of February. This is one source that will create no additional strain on my two full time jobs and will give me a check that I can reinvest into something that will make me even more money.  What ideas do you have?

Off-Topic / Magical Number Thirty One!
« on: November 08, 2014, 11:25:43 am »Message ID: 933582
This marks post number thirty one for the month of November for me! I have started setting my goals for 2015 and one of them is to get thirty one posts in my the tenth of every month.  I know that we only need to get thirty posts and we have all month to do it but I like to meet and exceed all tasks and goals given to or taken on by me.  Under promise and over extend! This doesn't mean that I won't continue to post throughout the month because I love the typing practice and mind stretching benefits that this exercise presents. I am also aiming at having thirty minute of cardiovascular exercise done every morning right after I am done walking the dogs so I am assured to get it done and nothing else will get in the way of staying healthy.  Have a great month everyone!
