Just out of curiousity, do any of you transcribe audios at home and earn money from doing so?

Off-Topic / Tips on staying focused
« on: December 28, 2013, 09:09:33 pm »Message ID: 832834
I have a big problem.

I can't stay focused. I get distracted really easily and totally forget about what should be done. Or I get too lazy to do things and then I end up not doing anything.

Do you guys have any tips on how to stay focused on whatever things that needs to be done?

Off-Topic / How creative are you?
« on: December 28, 2013, 09:08:16 pm »Message ID: 832833
I'm pretty creative only when I put my mind to it. I like to make things, but I lose focus on them really quickly.

Off-Topic / My cousin in Dubai
« on: October 17, 2013, 05:33:35 pm »Message ID: 807124
My cousin loves to post pictures of the nike shoes (jordan, kobe, lebron james) shoes for her relatives on facebook and then tag them.

Really?

She may be my cousin and stuff, but really? That's like showing off isn't it?

My cousin gets pissed off whenever she does it and untags himself because he doesn't feel the need to let everyone know.

The prices in Dubai is 3 times compared to the US.

I don't know. To me, I think my cousin has a point. If you're gonna send something to your relatives, I think its best if they know about it without having to show it off to the world.

What do you guys think?

If I were to do that and my dad's side of the family sees that, it'll start getting crazy with "Where's mine?" or "Is that mine?" "No, that's mine!" or "I don't want that! I want this!" Hectic!!!!

Honestly, I'm not!

My sister and his family are in Spain so its not as fun without them. They're gonna be back home in February so we're pushing back Christmas on February. Haha!!

I'm already trying to figure out what to get the family for Christmas though.
I'm thinking of just hand making some stuff since I'm broke. Ha!

Off-Topic / Wholesale Clothes
« on: September 26, 2013, 07:46:30 pm »Message ID: 798263
Does anyone know where I can buy wholesale clothes (clothes in bulk)? Or suppliers where I can get clothes from?

Brands like Forever 21, etc would be good too.

I just realized that maybe buying wholesale would be better than buying the stuff one by one if me and my mom are gonna send clothes to our family in the Philippines. LOL!

Off-Topic / Anyone know someone who beat cancer naturally without surgery or chemo?
« on: September 21, 2013, 09:39:41 pm »Message ID: 796393
I know Antioxidants can prevent cancer, but does it treat cancer as well? I doubt it, prolly just suppresses the cancer cells from creating their own blood vessels so they can spread, but do you guys know anyone who beat cancer naturally?

I need proof! I just found out my auntie has colon cancer today and I'm trying to find ways to treat her without chemo. Helping her at least.

Thanks!

Off-Topic / Network Marketing
« on: September 16, 2013, 02:39:23 pm »Message ID: 794686
What do you guys think of network marketing?

I am a member of one and to be honest, they are not fake, scams, real. It's all about hard work and how hard you work to get to where you're suppose to be.

What do you guys think?

Off-Topic / Garcinia Cambogia
« on: September 07, 2013, 04:44:18 pm »Message ID: 791243
Have you guys watch Dr. Oz recently, or read an article about this fruit?

They say this fruit can help you lose weight and prevent your body from creating fat.

There are now supplements with the fruit's extract to which imo, bleh!!

I don't know about you, but to me supplements are just a bunch of chemicals put together, same with other medicines. If I wanted to lose weight, I'll find a way to get the fruit and just eat that. I mean if the main ingredient is the fruit, so why not? Why is more chemicals necessary?

What do you think guys?

Off-Topic / The X on the Word Christmas
« on: September 07, 2013, 04:39:33 pm »Message ID: 791240
You know, I always wondered why X was used to replace the word "Christ" when they same Christmas and then abbreviate it as Xmas. Or Christian to Xian. I always wondered. To me, I think it's a symbol of the cross. I know "t" should be used instead, but think about it, when the t is capitalized to T, it's not a cross anymore now is it? But X and x is still the same no matter what. Also, to me, the X does represent the cross. You know when Jesus was carrying the cross on his back? The cross was slanted, just like how the x looks like a stated cross.

Anyway, I'm not here to make a heated debate or anything, but I've been wanting to share it. If you are gonna try to convince me that I'm wrong, I'm just gonna ignore it, cause again, I'm just stating my opinion and not here to debate on anything. You can dislike this post all you want (if there is a dislike button that is - you can do that by clicking then unlike to make it easier for you). So yeah. I've been wanting to say it for a while now, and I'm finally saying it now.

So yeah, the "X" is not a meaning to omit the word "Christ", but a symbol of him in my opinion. Thank you for reading!
