Support / Got error on Research Project

Am I doing something wrong? Tried to do the $0.75 Research project, filled all of it outand got the following error message: "SURVEY ERROR MESSAGE: Unfortunately you have reached this page in error and cannot continue with this study." Did this happen to anyone else? Any chance this will be fixed soon?
