All you have to do is enter your email and then just click the link to the email that was sent to you. Then check all three boxes on the task and click submit.

Support / FC toolbar is BS!

I think I've finally had enough with the toolbar searches locking up. Last month I was only able to search 16 times before they banned me from making any more qualifyed searches. Today, when the toolbar final resets and I'm able to start using it again, it bans me 12 searches in. This is just ridiculous, I was making legitmate searches and I was even waiting 5-10 minutes between each search so it didn't look like was doing it too fast.
I think I'll be uninstalling the toolbar.

I want to point out that after you watch it you have to click on the link under the video to get credit. I wasn't aware of this at first and i thought it was a bogus video that refused to credit. I'm glad i took a closer look at it and realized my mistake.

Not sure how long this feature has been added for, but i just noticed today that when i failed to qualify for my survey i was nicely credited .01 for trying.
I've seen other sites do this and i've heard talk and requests around here for this to be added, so i'm glad fusion cash are generous enough to give some type of compensation to their members.

I'm not sure if you get something ever single time you fail a survey or not, i happened to be attempting a survey that was emailed to me. So maybe someone can tell me if you get this for all the surveys or just the ones emailed to you.

This is the second time this has happened, and it was a pretty decent chunk of money too.

I don't understand why this happens almost a month later. I'm starting not to trust the surveys as it could just be revoked next month. Why even bother crediting me in the first place only to give my hopes up and have my money denied. It's a shame too, i was planning on breaking my cash out record this month.

I was surprised today to not only get my payment of $46.55, but i noticed and nice $5 credit added to my account from one of my referrals. I know this isn't a big deal for a lot of you but this only the second time i've received a cashout bonus from one of my referrals. I wasn't even expecting this person to be active, but i guess it shows that any one of your referrals can be an active member. I just hope this person will stick around with the site.

Support / Toolbar searches stopped being valid

I had a problem with the toolbar searches when the feature was first introduced. I was able to get like 30 searches before every single thing i searched for became invalid. Eventually it seemed to fix itself, might have been the admins resetting the toolbar, but i'm not sure.
I was able to get the maximum amount of searches every single day just fine. I had about over 500 valid searches credited toward the toolbar.

Now, it seems the problem is back where no matter what i do it just won't give me any valid searches. I've been fine everyday and just a couple days ago it decides to stop working on me.

Is there anything that can be done about this? Can an admin reset my toolbar or fix it some other way? I just don't understand why it would stop working after i've been successfully using it for so long. My toolbar is currently at 123 searches >> 30 cents (it reset after i cashed out, otherwise it would be higher).

I just received an email invitation for a survey that's worth a whopping $11.10!! It said it's takes place on Feb. 9th and 6pm. Has anyone received anything like this before? What exactly is a Focus group survey? Is there a catch, or is this an error in the amount of money? I'm curious to know more about this and the chances of actually receiving all that money.

I did a beer survey back in december. Today i get an email saying my payment of $2.50 was revoked.

Why was this revoked? Since when do the survey companies deny our completed surveys. This is unfair, I spent a good half hour on that survey and my money gets taken away over a month later. I did another survey about a week ago, but in no way are these two surveys similar. Even if they were i still spent my time on both of these and deserve my full payment.

Is this payment going to be revoked if i complete another beverage survey? Am i not allowed to do two surveys about beverages? If this is the case, then the new FC Surveys is flawed and needs to be fixed.

I feel i should be compensated for my loses, this isn't a Nielson offer revoking credit because some software wasn't installed for 30 days. This is a survey, and i shouldn't have to be denied credit for it over a month later.

I completed a survey from the new FC surveys section. It was a beer survey worth $2.50.
I eventually got credit for it but only received $1.90.

I'm hoping someone can tell me why i didn't get the full $2.50 like it was listed for. I know $1.90 is still a good amount for doing a survey but i would just like to know what happened to the other .60 cents.

I just did a 25 minute beer survey for $2.50 from the new fc surveys section. I successfully completed the survey and at the end it told me that i would get credited shortly. It's been about a half hour so far, i don't want to seem impatient, but I'm just wondering how long it takes for it to show in in my account?

I was able to get this video to credit the other day, but i seem to be having problems now. Usually you just watch the video, click the red box in the upper right, copy the generated code into the box, and then hit the verify button to get credit. For some reason after i copy the code, the verify button won't do anything when i click on it. So I'm unable to receive credit for this. I've tried both firefox and internet explorer and still nothing.

Anyone else having problems with this video? It's starting to drive me crazy.
