« on: November 17, 2010, 12:26:42 pm »Message ID: 270673
We eat a lot of boneless, skinless chicken *bleep* in our house. I try to mix it up by making different sauces for them (ex. lemon pepper sauce, etc.). Does anyone have any good ideas for me to try?

Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have one or has anyone tried it out? We want to get one--I'm just wondering how accurately it tracks your movements. I want to get The Biggest Loser game for it. We had it for the Wii, but it was a pain to do while having to hold a controller! I'm wondering if the Kinect will make it any better...?

Off-Topic / I NEED to lose about 15 pounds.
« on: September 10, 2010, 11:32:57 am »Message ID: 235019
Seriously. If anyone has a legit idea of how to do this in a month, please share. I need a specific answer... not just "eat healthy and exercise." If anyone has a daily workout plan they use to lose/maintain weight, please let me know! Also, I'm trying to eat a lot of skinless chicken *bleep* to help with this. If anyone can think of some good, healthy toppings and ways to prepare them, that would be great also! Thanks in advance!

Support / How to email friends you make on this site...
« on: September 10, 2010, 11:19:08 am »Message ID: 235004
I've ran across a lot of people saying that they wish they could talk outside of FC. Guess what? You can. Here's how:

1.)Find a post by the person you want to email.
2.)Click on their user name. (It'll be to the left of their post in green.)
3.)That takes you to the person's profile. Click on "Add to Buddy List" link.
4.)Go to your own profile. (Click on the "Profile" link in the green navigation bar above this post.)
5.)Under the "Modify Profile" heading, click on "Edit Buddies".
6.)You will see a list of the people you've added as friends. Click on the envelope icon next to their name to send them an email.

I hope this helps!

Off-Topic / Having kids in the military! (Military wives please read!)
« on: August 30, 2010, 05:38:25 am »Message ID: 228911
First of all, thanks for all you and/or your spouse do for our country!

What I'm wondering is: how is having kids in the military different than if I were going to have a kid back home? (Other than seeing a doctor on base most of the time?) I know one lady said you have to go in for a consultation to be able to get an epidural. What else should I know about getting pregnant as a military wife? (I'm not in the military myself--my husband is.)

Thanks!

Payments / About earnings... I appreciate...
« on: August 29, 2010, 04:59:33 am »Message ID: 228263
I appreciate how much I make on Fusion Cash. (I do work for my money, though. It's not just given to me.) I also appreciate the positive comments I get about my earnings banner. I DO NOT, however, appreciate it when long-time FC users refuse to help the newbies. No, it isn't your job, but saying "Figure it out--we all did" isn't something I'd like to hear if I was in that position. (By the way, I'm still considered a "newbie"!) Also, putting down someone else's idea(s) of how to make more doesn't make you look smarter. If it didn't work for you, then share that fact, but don't just run around the forum making fun of people's thoughts. We can ALL still afford to learn a thing or two about FC!

My husband and I are having "date night" tonight. We're going someplace nice to eat and then maybe to a movie. What do any of you married people do for dates or to keep spice in your marriage?

Off-Topic / Blood work!
« on: August 27, 2010, 07:23:26 am »Message ID: 227136
I get my lab results back today. Hopefully they can find out what's wrong with me!  :) When I was little, I always had headaches and dizzy spells. They thought I had diabetes, so they tested my blood all the time. It made me horrified of needles, blood work, etc., so when I found out I had to get blood drawn, I was nauseated. I didn't want to go, but I do want to know what's wrong with me. I went to the clinic at the military base. The lady there informed me that she is NOT a nurse, and that it was going to be over quickly. I know it seems silly for me to have this fear after all this time, but I hadn't got blood drawn (from my arm) since I was little. Anyhow, that lady is amazing at what she does! It was a tiny poke, and she kept me talking so that I didn't feel faint. She gets an A++++! Has anyone else had a fear like this?

Off-Topic / Should I still be there for her?
« on: August 27, 2010, 07:15:46 am »Message ID: 227133
Here's my story. I live in N.C. and made friends with a girl (we'll call her "Sara") from N.J. who was visiting her then-bf in N.C.. I became friends with her when he ditched her for his friends. The next night, she was already with a new guy. I was nice and let her stay at my house so she didn't have to pay for a hotel room again. She ended up hooking up with three different guys during her visit. (Wait, it gets better.) The guy she ended up with (we'll call him "Jon") ended up being a total jerk. He went to the bar and got wasted when she came down to visit. In return, she slept with his best friend. It was just a fling to get back at him. (Yes, she is very immature!) Anyhow, I got tired of her saying how crappy Jon is to her. She broke up with him, and swore she'd NEVER go back to him. I told her I thought that was a good idea. She went back to N.J. for a month or two. I started to have a lot of problems here in N.C., so she said she'd come to see me. She ended up bringing another girl (who cheats on her fiancee that's in Afghanistan). I didn't really want to be around that girl, but was willing to deal with it. Anyhow, Sara came down to N.C. and didn't even bother to call me and tell me she was here. I was going to leave her a Facebook message, and there on her profile were pictures of her, that other girl, and Jon at a bar here in N.C.! I was so upset at her dishonesty, that I haven't talked to her since. Do you think I should still be there for her the next time he breaks her heart?

Off-Topic / Redbox, Netflix, renting at a store?
« on: August 26, 2010, 12:16:18 pm »Message ID: 226725
Which one(s) do you like?

We get Netflix delivered and to our Xbox 360, but I'll use Redbox if there's a long wait. We also have a store here that lets you rent ANY movies for $1. They have everything sooner than Redbox and Netflix.
