Support / Network for a Healthy California videos says they are Not available

To Admin and/or Kohler...

In the pop up window for all the videos called "Network for a Healthy California" there is no video, but text that says "Not available "

There is no ad blocking software or anything that is blocking them, and all the other videos come up and play fine, although the via.me ones never credit.

Here are the links to them, if that's helpful...

[admin edit - links removed - please see quote from support ticket below]

There's only four of them.

You might want to check them out.  Maybe they were pulled by the advertisers?

The DCE page is not loading completely.  It's just stalling and spinning its wheels.

The ad is loaded, but I still can't get the captcha to come up, due to the loading that says at the bottom left...

...Waiting on fushioncash.net...

It's just spinning and going nowhere.

See screenshot here:  http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/4786/dcepagenotloadingcomple.png

Looks like I won't get he 2 cents for DCE today.

Off-Topic / Recipe: "Dairy-Free Chocolate Pudding Pops" Recipe
« on: June 18, 2012, 12:38:03 am »Message ID: 556896
Here's another yummy one!

"Dairy-Free Chocolate Pudding Pops" Recipe

Makes 5 or 6 pops (4-ounces, each)

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup raw honey
2 small ripe avocados (about 12 ounces total, weighed whole)
2 medium ripe bananas
3/4 cup + 1/8 cup water

Place ingredients into a blender in the order listed above. Blend on high until batter is smooth, stopping to plunge the ingredients as necessary. Pour into popsicle molds, and place in freezer until solid - about 8 hours. Run a bit of warm water over the molds to ease removal if necessary. Enjoy!

Off-Topic / Recipe: Subway's Raspberry Cheesecake cookies...an alternative recipe!
« on: June 17, 2012, 07:47:24 pm »Message ID: 556815
YUM!!!!!

Subway's Raspberry Cheesecake cookies...an alternative recipe!

We go to Subway sometimes and wanted to buy a few cookies.  They were out of chocolate chip, so we came home with the new raspberry cheesecake ones.  It's a new cookie that they have. It is a raspberry cheesecake cookie. We went again and brought more home. They are to die for.  So we looked online and see if we could find the recipe to make these at home. While they don't post their recipe, this one close enough.

Here is the recipe (and a few changes as I have noted).

Makes 2 dozen

8 Tbsps unsalted butter (1 stick) softened (we use only real butter)  NO margarine.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar (we use Xylitol)

1 large egg

3/4 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp heavy cream

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt plus an extra 1/8 tsp

3 Tbsps cornstarch

1 1/3 cups flour (we always use gluten-free)

2/3 cup lightly salted macadamia nuts, barely chopped (optional)

4-5 ounces white chocolate, cut into chunks

1/2 cup (more or less) fresh raspberries (or frozen, if no fresh are available), washed and dried

1. Preheat oven to 375F

2. Cream butter and both sugars with an electric mixer. Beat in eggs, vanilla and cream, then beat in baking soda, salt and cornstarch. Add flour and stir just until blended. Stir in nuts and white chocolate. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

3. Carefully slice raspberries into halves or quarters - this will vary, depending on how much raspberry you want in your cookies and how large your raspberries are. Gently press pieces of raspberry in cookie dough rounds.

4. Bake for 12-13 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Notes...

I don't use the nuts. the Subway cookies we had bought did not seem to have them anyway.

If you don't have parchment paper, just grease and flour the cookie sheet. The cookies don't usually stick at all, so this seems to work just fine.

1/2 bag of white chocolate chips if the white baking chocolate is not available.

Frozen raspberries are fine (no fresh available). Drain them and then gently fold them into the dough. It does make the dough a reddish/purple color but tasted just fine. When our fresh raspberries are ready for picking, we will try this again with them and add as directed in recipe.

 ENJOY!

Which of all the offers have any of you found the most useful?

For us, it's the UPS My Choice (which DID credit) that I find the most useful, and actually enjoy.

We order alot of products and equipment and it has proven to be the most useful of any offer.

Do any of you have a favorite offer that you're glad you completed and use?

I was just curious.

This is too cool not to share.

3. blink rapidly. Cool huh?

Off-Topic / Author Sites Suggestions
« on: February 01, 2012, 01:24:32 am »Message ID: 483354
I need 10-20 relevant American Web portals with economic content, except press/PR portals, where I can apply and register as an author in order to set/place my own written articles about PTC, Fusion Cash, crowdsourcing, working for companies at home, etc...

I figured it would be a good way to get some referrals in the process.

I already have Author's Den and Writing.com in mind.

Anybody know of any others?  They have to be free, of course.
