Support / Daily Cash Email Captcha Is Blank

Can somebody fix?

For two days, I haven't been able to do the daily cash email due to the captcha being blank.  I've tried several times, refresh, close, reboot browser, refresh captcha to get a new thing.  NOTHING.

Please Fix ASAP.

Anyone else having this problem?  Here's a screen shot of it.

Support / To FC Staff: Two Of The Videos Not Loading...

The backdrop decorative background thingy would load, but not the video itself.  The Duncan Hines and the Footlocker Video.  They usually load, but this time they didn't.  I was able to watch a few others in the same session, however.

Nothing wrong with the browser here, nor anything blocked.  Anyone else having this problem?

Must be a glitch, can you fix?

Support / Support Ticket Page Not Working Properly

I've been trying for 30 minutes to make a support ticket, but the thing redirects to another page before I can finish filling it out.

It won't even let me do a support ticket.  It redirects to this page...

There is a video there, waiting to be watched but the server it's hosted on is down or something.

I've tried in both IE AND Firefox.  And please don't tell me it's my computer.  Everything else works.  I keep my cache and temp files, etc... cleaned out.  Plus everything else here in FC is working just fine, and I get to other sites with no problem either.   Maybe it's a glitch?  Thanks for any help you can give me here.

I get this error in Firefox:

The connection was reset

IN IE:

I did the Snuggle Fabric Softener sample offer too, because I HAVE actually used Snuggles, and I've always liked it.  It's an easy 20 cents and was easy to do.  It approved for me right away!

I finally broke and decided to do the Bing Video thing.  I opened up IE and logged in on there, so I could just have the toolbar on IE, instead of Firefox.

Well, guess what?  It STILL ended up on Firefox too!   LOL!!

Oh well, I got approved, so it's really no biggie.

Support / FC Toolbar Taking Over My Searches

I need a computer geek mostly to help with this problem.

The main problem I see with the toolbar is that it took over the searching in the Google Searchbox Window.  Even though I went into toolbar options and unticked ALL of the search stuff, it still comes up and it totally knocked out my Norton's Safe Search Feature, even though Norton says it's on.



THAT IS NEEDED because it has a green checkmark beside websites which means the site is safe.  The FC toolbar took over and now the green star on Norton's toolbar safe search isn't showing up.  Now it will if I go and search via the Norton's toolbar, but I would like the default Google search window back like it was.



Other than that, I LOVE the FC toolbar, because I can go straight to offers, account, etc...  I want to keep the FC toolbar, but I want it OUT of the searches.  And I DID UNTICK/UNCHECKED the search options already.

Here it is shown doing my Google searchbox from my normal URL Searchbox area...  See what I mean?  No green checkmarks, so I have no idea the safety of websites now.



Now I can go to google.com the normal way and it's not taken over, but sometimes, I'm in a hurry and just want to do the search in the Google searchbox window.

Offers / Daily Offers No Longer Showing Up Due to an Offer Not Completed

Instead it is taking me to a page to submit a support ticket.  I really don't want to do that, because the offer not completed was something that just kept going on and on and on and on forever to the end of time.  Then I finally hit a dead end and gave up.  I really don't want to finish the offer, but now the site here won't take me to the daily offers page that the tab is supposed to take me to.    It's taking me to the Status Of Offers page.  I really DO NOT want to finish it.  So it said submit support ticket to tell them what I think happened.  Well I really don't exactly know except it was looping me around for infinity and I simply gave up and closed the page.  How do I get my correct offers page back up?  I don't want to finish that one.



This is the page it's taking me to, instead of to the usual daily offers.  I want to do something else instead.
