I decided that I was gonna give up soda, chips and junk food and lose a few pounds. I have a cheat day once in a while with take out or cake on someones birthday. Even when I drove across the country We had to eat takeout and snacks. Yes it was hot so I took a few sips from the 44 oz pepsi. After I got home I weighed myself and realized I lost over 50 pounds . I will continue to stay on my diet until thanksgiving and the holidays. I am not giving up great holiday foods but I will limit myself. I will also keep away from soda but I enjoy nachos a couple times during the season of new years and sports
That is absolutely great! Yes soda all by itself can cause you to gain so much weight. I don't drink it at all.
