I weighed a little over 300 pounds at the beginning of the year. I decided that I was gonna give up soda, chips and junk food and lose a few pounds. I have a cheat day once in a while with take out or cake on someones birthday. Even when I drove across the country We had to eat takeout and snacks. Yes it was  hot so I took a few sips from the 44 oz pepsi. After I got home I weighed myself and realized I lost over 50 pounds . I will continue to stay on my diet until thanksgiving and the holidays. I am not giving up great holiday foods but I will limit myself. I will also keep away from soda but I enjoy nachos a couple times during the season of new years and sports

That is absolutely great! Yes soda all by itself can cause you to gain so much weight. I don't drink it at all.

I know we should be careful clicking on random links. People are doing all sort of stuff when on you click on random links. If it's not readily available to see, then I wouldn't be seeing it cause I don't click on random links; even though my handle is "clickers."
