Offers / Mythoughtcounts
« on: June 08, 2011, 03:50:25 am »Message ID: 367091
I continue to not to qualify for Mythoughtcounts Daily Surveys, although I attempt it every day. Has anyone out there qualified for their surveys lately? Specifically, has anyone out there received an Approval lately?

I'd like to get some feedback on this so that I can decide if it is worth my time to keep trying every day or not. Thanks in advance, everyone.

FusionCash / Personal Information - N/A?
« on: June 05, 2011, 05:12:06 am »Message ID: 365726
I've been clicking on various members' usernames and noticed that about 50% of you out there have not provided us with your basic profile information: Age, Gender, and Location.

Is this an oversight on your part or do you not know that you can fix this by going into your personal profile and providing it. I'm sure some of you wish to remain anonymous for whatever reason and that's fine, but I wonder if some of you are even aware of this, especially you newbies?

I would be most interested in feedback. For myself, I am completely transparent. I am male, 64 yrs old and reside in Carol Stream, IL. I would like to get to know the rest of you better, but I don't want to be intrusive if it's a privacy issue. Please enlighten me! Thanks, everyone!  :peace:

Offers / Vindale Research
« on: June 04, 2011, 05:25:01 am »Message ID: 362915
I noticed that one of the survey sites that often comes up when doing the PTC part of the DCEs each day is Vindale Research. Seems like a reputable survey company, but I'm torn about whether to join or not. Have any of you members signed up with Vindale Research and if so, would you recommend it as a good money-making opportunity?

Thanks for any feedback!  ;D

FusionCash / SURVEY SAYS????????
« on: May 31, 2011, 05:19:38 am »Message ID: 360725
I'm taking a survey about surveys. That sounds redundant, doesn't it? Seriously, there seems to be a question in many peoples' minds as to whether it is worth their time to keep trying to qualify for the Daily Surveys on FC, or any other surveys for that matter.

The question on everyone's mind is whether it is (1) profitable and (2) worth their time and effort to keep trying to qualify for these surveys, especially the daily sweethearts that which we can all attempt every !?&#%! day if we wish. So, in an attempt to put the question to rest once and for all, I went over to my Account page and clicked on all offers completed. Then I went down the list for May of 2011 and noted how many surveys I had qualified for (that's for all surveys) and how much money I had made from approvals on these surveys for the entire month. Now, just so everyone is clear, I did take the time to TRY to qualify for all of the daily surveys every blessed day. I may or may not continue to do so once I look over the results here. That horse hasn't left the gate yet.

Theses are my stats for 5/11:         Total money made ----------- $3.40

Number of surveys approved -       5

Again, that is for the entire month of May. If some of the rest of you will be so kind as to take the time to do that, maybe we could help each other here. If we get a good cross-section of members responding, each person with their own unique set of demographics, we will all have a better picture as to whether these surveys are profitable for us personally or just a time-consuming waste of our time because we rarely qualify and that our time would be better spent focussing on other means of making money on FC, like getting referrals, as oldbuddy suggests. Perhaps we find we fall somewhere in between. In any event, as the old joke goes, it couldn't hoyt!  ;D

So let's get clickin' everyone! Survey says............?

FusionCash / How would you rate FusionCash on a scale of 1 to 10?
« on: May 30, 2011, 12:47:48 am »Message ID: 360222
How do you rate FusionCash on a scale of 1 to 10? One response per person please.

Many of you have experience with other PTC sites like FC. Some of you may be working FC exclusively. Either way, I would like you to give FC a rating, where 10.0 means FC is the best site since sliced bread and 1.0 means you may as well cancel your account already because you consider the site a complete waste of time.

Please give your reasons for the number you settled on. Just be honest. Everyone is entitled to their opinion based on their experience on the site.

You may use a rating like 6.5 or 8.3, or round it off to an integer. Either way is fine.

For myself, I'm rating FC a perfect 10. I have not found a better PTC site yet and I have had experience with quite a few in the last 2 1/2 months. So a big thumbs-up for me! How about the rest of you?

My first palindrome is:  racecar

Have fun, everyone! And, hey, no googling! Yeah, right!  ;D

Off-Topic / FAVORITE QUOTATION
« on: May 18, 2011, 03:57:14 am »Message ID: 355070
As you know, the new DCEs include a quotation each day. That got me to thinking. What are my favorite quotations? By that I mean words to live by, words that have had a profound impact on the way I think, my attitudes and the way I live my life.

Here are my favorites:

"There is no act, in and of itself that is either spiritual or non-spiritual. It is the motivation of the person performing the act that makes the difference." -- Ram Dass

"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."  -- Neil Armstrong

If you have favorites of your own, feel free to contribute. Please include the source of your quotations or the name of the individual who is credited with saying them, if you know. I may add more of my own as they occur to me. You can too!

Thanks, everyone! Let's have some fun with this!

Off-Topic / What is your favorite website besides FusionCash?
« on: May 17, 2011, 01:30:02 pm »Message ID: 354869
What is your favorite site on the web other than FusionCash? Which site do you visit most frequently and why?

For me, the answer is Amazon. I make most of my online purchases there because they usually have what I'm looking for and at the best price. I also love their free shipping policy with a qualifying purchase of $25 or more. The site also offers both new and used versions of the same products, if available. Amazon also allows you to trade in books, DVDs, and video games on all platforms for credit toward your next purchase. I plan on putting some of my FusionCash money to good use there.

I'm interested to hear which site you other members visit most often when you surf. Thanks for any feedback!  :peace:

FusionCash / How do you like the new DCEs?
« on: May 13, 2011, 02:26:41 am »Message ID: 353026
How do the lucky 100 participants of the DCE testing like the fresh and improved look and features of the new DCEs as compared to the old ones?

My comments:

The fonts are more attractive and the fresh emphasis on color in the new DCEs certainly spruce them up. The daily quotation was a great idea which gives us all a little inspiration at first light every day! The link to the Twitter follow bonus should help anyone who has not yet taken advantage of this offer to do so. The link to 'refer a friend' reminds us all of this great way to up our cash flow on FC! The addition of the FC mailing address in the lower right-hand corner of the new DCEs is also a nice touch.

Please add any posts of your own about how you like the new DCEs. Anyone have new ideas for other ways the new DCEs could be improved in other ways that they would like to pass along? I'd like some feedback from other members and I'm sure FC will welcome any of your positive comments or suggestions!

First off, the cash values listed for the offer completions are incorrect. Secondly, I haven't been credited for any of the offers listed. The "Verify..." listings are for Daily Tasks that I did complete successfully but got no credit for. Fc need to fix these discrepancies! We have not been credited for the videos or the daily tasks completed over the last few days and the cash values of the completed offers are wrong by two decimal points.  :BangHead:

I have filed a Support Ticket on 5/06 concerning the lack of crediting on the Daily Tasks and am waiting for a response from FC.

Offers / Daily Tasks Not Crediting
« on: May 08, 2011, 04:54:37 am »Message ID: 350495
Daily tasks have not been crediting for me since 5/06/11. Have already filed a Support ticket on 5/06/11 and still no response. Finished this task successfully over 15 minutes ago and have not yet been credited:

Verify the Correct Category for 5 Products (Car, Garage & Other)

Received the Thanks screen:

Thanks!
We appreciate your work. You are now done and should receive your credits within 15 minutes.
You can find more tasks by going back to the list of available tasks.

No credit. This is unusual. I usually receive credit for Daily Tasks almost immediately. They have been a reliable means of earning money on FusionCash until now. FusionCash needs to address this issue. Maybe because it's a holiday weekend? Anyone else having this problem?  :BangHead:

FusionCash / The Unsubscribe option in the DCEs
« on: May 06, 2011, 09:57:22 pm »Message ID: 349952
Why is the option to unsubscribe to the Daily Cash E-Mails given by FC? Is it like stopping the mail at the post office for a couple of weeks when we are going out of town on business or a family vacation or have a family emergency of some sort that makes it necessary to be away from the site for an extended period?

So if we do opt out of the DCEs, how do we opt back in? Of course, allowing the DCEs to continue while we are unable to work the site for an extended period would really cause no problem, so is it really necessary at all?

Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

FusionCash / Bookmarks -Usefulness
« on: May 06, 2011, 09:15:52 pm »Message ID: 349937
How is bookmarking used to our best advantage? As the Administrator pointed out, there is no real need to bookmark topics we have either started (like this one) or in which we have made at least one post, for we can easily retrieve them by simply clicking on our username in the forum. This is useful if we either wish to follow a thread after we have posted or if we are ready to choose our three best posts for the $3/mo Posting Bonus at the end of the month.

I can see that one advantage might be so that we can more quickly find a topic which we either wish to follow only or to more easily locate a topic which we may choose to follow for a time before making our first post. Are there other reasons that one might want to bookmark a particular topic?

If bookmarking has no purpose, then why does FusionCash continue to include it as an option for us? If you have a thought or an observation on this, please feel free to weigh in. I'm just a curious kind of person!   ;D

FusionCash / Date of Registration for FusionCash and/or the Forum
« on: May 02, 2011, 11:21:13 am »Message ID: 347710
I have a question:

If we click on our username in the Forum and look at the information screen, it show the date we registered. Is this the date we first signed up for FusionCash or is this the date we first made a post in the Forum? There seems to be some confusion about this in another thread. When I checked mine, it was the day I first signed up for FusionCash. Can anyone comment?  ???

Payments / How to post a picture of my payment
« on: April 23, 2011, 03:25:19 pm »Message ID: 343632
I am having trouble finding a way to scan or take a photo of my first Fusioncash check so that I can receive credit for the "ONGOING PROMOTION: Post a picture of your payment". I tried scanning my first check that I just received today (!), but the Jpeg file is too large and I don't know how to shrink it or how to reproduce it in the posting box. I'm still learning how to do this stuff. Can anyone help me out?  :dontknow:
