I think both are great options. Apple might be good but I have heard some programs don't run with it. Not sure.

Both of my daughters were on melatonin at a young age b/c of their family history (dads side) of sleep issues. Both girls still take it. It's natural so it can't hurt you. Talk to your pediatrician.

I try and avoid taking meds if I can help it. so many things get recalled or it will destroy your liver. I know some things require meds but I try my best
