FusionCash / Hunk of the Day

Hunk of the Day

I must admit that when I visit "Paid to Click," I almost always click on the "Hunk of the Day."  Today, I scrolled down to the bottom of the "hunk" page and I found a feature I'd never seen before.  Maybe it's been there all along, but this is the first time I've noticed it.  The feature showed you four pictures to vote on as the hunk for "tomorrow."  Then you got to see a graph showing which hunk was ahead! Just something to make our Paid to Click session more interesting!

Offers / Four Cent Video
« on: August 18, 2014, 05:07:39 pm »Message ID: 910059
I just checked the videos and saw one listed for $.04, "Video: Back-to-School Survey."  It wasn't really a video.  It was a survey, and I answered one question about back to school shopping.  It asked if I was planning to do or had done any back to school shopping.  My kids are all grown, and I don't do back to school shopping with my grandkids, so I said, "No!'  They gave me $.04 for saying "no" to their question!

Support / Alternative to Snaggy?
« on: July 24, 2014, 01:23:52 pm »Message ID: 902235
I've spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how to submit a screenshot of my payment.  I know how to get the screenshot, but don't know how to edit out my personal information without using Snaggy.  I've used it before and it worked, but today, the "pasting your image" screen just spins forever.  I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or if the problem is with Snaggy.  Is there another method of editing out your personal information from a screenshot on a Mac?  I need help!

Offers / $.22 task
« on: July 21, 2014, 04:47:17 pm »Message ID: 901415
I just completed this task and earned $.22.  The task was displayed as paying $.45 and took me about thirty minutes to complete.  Here is the reward notification I received:

We just wanted to let you know that you have been credited for:

» Task: Food, Money, Sex - A Lifestyle Survey (45 Cents payment)

Reward: $0.22

I was hoping for $.45, but I'll take the $.22.  It just put me two cents over the $25 I needed to cash out for this month! :)

FusionCash / Cash Back Using Toolbar
« on: July 16, 2014, 04:16:15 pm »Message ID: 900137
If you are not acquainted with See's Lollipops, then you are missing a real treat. They are hard, square, made from the best quality ingredients and delicious.  I can't go long without having to order a new box once I have eaten them all.  I'd been putting off ordering in hopes I would get an email about a sale going on.  Finally it came, 20% off See's lollipops.  I was excited and went to the site to confirm that I was really going to get a discount.  It was true.  I placed my order, and was about to push the "purchase" button when I remembered that I could get even more off if I made my order through the FusionCash toolbar.  Whew!  Thank goodness I remembered in time.  Today, when my account total went up unexpectedly, I found my See's cashback reward in my FC account.  Thank you FusionCash for giving me back money on something I was definitely going to buy anyway!

Offers / $.03 Ninja video
« on: June 30, 2014, 09:02:12 pm »Message ID: 894931
I just watched the $.03 video for Ninja juicers.  I was excited to see a video for $.03, but I was also excited to see the Ninja product.  I have the Ninja blender and absolutely love it.  I didn't know that the company also has a product specifically for juicing.  I still haven't gotten the credit for watching the video, but maybe it will show up later. If anyone else receives the 3 cent credit, let us know!

Off-Topic / Walmart to Go!
« on: June 25, 2014, 11:31:55 pm »Message ID: 893465
Yesterday, when I was able to take one of the commercial surveys, I found out about Walmart to Go!  Did anyone else see the ad?  What a great service.  I understand that it is only in test markets at the moment, but once it reaches cities all over the country, we can do our grocery shopping with Walmart online and have the order delivered to our front doors, even if we live in an apartment complex.  A small fee is involved, but delivery people aren't allowed to accept tips.  Another option is to pick your order up at your local Walmart right at the curb.  That service will be free.  What a great convenience for people who aren't able to take themselves to the grocery store.

FusionCash / Fantastic Service from FC!
« on: June 10, 2014, 12:32:49 pm »Message ID: 889139
I continue to be impressed by the efficiency and concern with which FusionCash operates this website.  I was looking for my daily cash email today and couldn't find it.  I decided to go to the forum to see if anyone else was having the same problem.  On the way to the forum, I got sidetracked and ended up at my "Account" page.  Low and behold!  In a big pink box at the top of my account page that was impossible to miss, I saw the message:

"Action Required: Your email address (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) is not receiving our messages. When attempting to send you an email, we encountered this error: Bad connection. Please update your email address, checking carefully for typographical errors. You should also confirm that the account is still active."

What a great service!  Now I know where the problem lies, and I do believe our Internet service provider is having problems due to recent storms in the area.  I received the same email from a friend in California eight times spread over several hours, and other emails have been duplicated.  Of course, I have no way of knowing what I'm NOT getting except as in the case of the FusionCash daily email. We have had power lines down and trees uprooted in the area.

Thank you FusionCash for being on top of things and offering the chance to update my address. FC goes above and beyond the call of duty!

Offers / Peanut Labs Good News and Bad
« on: June 01, 2014, 10:56:22 am »Message ID: 885709
I rarely go to Peanut Labs, mainly because I simply don't have the time, but today, I had a few extra minutes and decided to give the labs a visit.  The good news is that I found two $.02 videos and made a quick $.04. One was quite entertaining.  The bad news is that I qualified for a survey, and after spending many thought provoking minutes on answering questions, I was met with a screen that said, "An unexpected error occurred while we tried to process your request. Please try again in a few minutes."
How do you try again in a few minutes when you are in the middle of a survey with nothing to click? Do you start over again from the beginning?

Anyway, I'm very happy with the $.02 videos!

FusionCash / Radio Loyalty Glitch?
« on: May 26, 2014, 07:50:34 am »Message ID: 883457
I have been listening to RadioLoyalty all morning without a problem.  Then, all of a sudden, I got a message,

"Thank you for your listening, however we only allow 1 player to be open at a time."

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong because I only have ONE player going!  Since I was using my desktop, I went to check if I had left it open on my laptop, but had not.  I tried rebooting and that didn't work either.  I've tried reopening RL several times, but that doesn't help either.  I've closed out everything on my computer except the browser that I am using. I've tried using a different browser.  Nothing works.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Off-Topic / Gotta Share This Experience With Radio Loyalty
« on: March 30, 2014, 12:58:29 pm »Message ID: 865307
When I went to RadioLoyalty yesterday after being out of town for a few days, I noticed that the look was different.  You had to choose your genre from a drop down box.  I have been listening to "Country" exclusively since my daughter introduced her very first single to country music radio in February.  I was hoping they would play the song on RadioLoyalty.

Yesterday, I realized that the country station had changed from "Thunder 106" to "Addicted to Radio - Classic Country."  If you like hard core country music, then you will love this station.  They are playing the old timers along with some more current songs.  The first song I heard was a 1931 rendition of "When The Cactus Is In Bloom" by Jimmie Rodgers, complete with yodeling!

Anyway, as I was trying to finish up my 30 posts for the month, I thought a post about the change in country stations might be in order, but I couldn't remember the call numbers that followed "Thunder" after the old station.  I didn't want to post any incorrect information so I used the search feature in my FC tool bar to find the right station.

Here, I must stop and explain my correspondence with "Thunder 106."  When Natalie's song was first introduced, I listened to "Thunder 106" for several days without hearing the song, so I decided to look up their website to see if it was listed on their playlist.  I couldn't find the song, "Baby, Come On With It" by Natalie Stovall and the Drive listed any where on their website, so I decided to request it.  I couldn't find a request button, but found a contact email address.  Here's exactly what I wrote:  "I listen to your radio station daily on RadioLoyalty through a website called FusionCash!  I would like to request "Baby, Come on With It!"  by Natalie Stovall and the Drive!  If I hear you playing Natalie's song, I will go to the forum on FusionCash and make sure everyone knows to go listen for it!"

I have been listening all this time to see if they would play Natalie's song.  After writing that request, I was disappointed yesterday to see that the country station on RadioLoyalty had changed.  However, when I did my search yesterday and clicked on the resulting link to verify that I had the right station, THEY WERE PLAYING HER SONG!!!  Needless to say, I was thrilled.  What are the odds of me clicking on their website at the exact right time!!!

Now, I'm fulfilling my promise to the station to go to the forum and tell all my friends here to listen to Natalie's song on their "Thunder 106" station  (Eatontown, NJ).  The only problem is that the station is no longer on RadioLoyalty!

FusionCash / Sudoku in Paid to Click
« on: March 02, 2014, 12:21:00 pm »Message ID: 856940
Wooohoooo!  I just completed my first Sudoku without any hints in Paid to Click!!!  It took forever and my Paid to Click session timed out, but it was so very gratifying to get it completed.  I always click on Sudoku and do a couple of lines, but whenever I have extra time I see if I can actually complete it.  Until today it was pretty much a guessing game.  But I had extra minutes today and I spent time trying to use logical reasoning and it paid off.  You wouldn't think such a little thing could make you feel so good.  I'm happy!  I don't even care that I had to start over on the Paid to Click!!

FusionCash / Favorite Categories in Paid To Click
« on: January 28, 2014, 11:22:52 am »Message ID: 844325
My favorite categories in the Paid to Click feature of FC are the Entertainment, Horoscope, Today's Hunk, and Sudoku.  I usually hit those four every day.  I guess Comics would be next on my list, but I do sometimes visit Today's Babe, Weather, Today in History, Gas Prices, and Recipes.  I think it's great that we have such a selection to choose from.  I really enjoy the videos about celebrities and I wish I had all day to spend on Sudoku.  Most days I visit five or six of the choices.  It's mind boggling that I get paid $.15 to do these fun activities. I feel so lucky to have found FC!

Off-Topic / Downton Abbey Ad
« on: January 03, 2014, 11:32:33 am »Message ID: 835747
Today while listening to loyalty radio, a video ad for Downton Abbey popped up on my screen.  I guess that's not all that unusual except that I just spent the last couple of days having a Downton Abbey marathon.  We got Season 1 on video last Christmas and fell in love with the series, but didn't get Season 2 and 3 until this Christmas.  During the New Year's holidays, we started watching the new videos and even introduced them to other family members.  Then the next day, I have an ad on Loyalty Radio for Downton Abbey.  It's a little scary, like the ad people were reading my mind and knew exactly what I would be interested in.
