Offers / Surveys Not Loading
« on: November 25, 2020, 09:41:09 am »Message ID: 1345690
None of my surveys are loading today except SaySo.  I did get a notification from Samplicio that they were working on a problem, but I can't get MyThoughtCounts or SS, either!  Anybody else experiencing this?

FusionCash / How many DQ's does it take to...?
« on: November 22, 2020, 02:08:09 pm »Message ID: 1345552
Every time I'm trying to find my $.05 and attempting one survey after another, I can't help but hear this question in my head,  "How many DQ's does it take to reach the required (non-bonus) $.05?"  It only took me 7 today, but I had at least 7 more that I attempted and got no DQ bonus at all!!! The good news is I finally found a $.30 survey!

Offers / I just got the coolest reward!
« on: November 18, 2020, 01:04:22 pm »Message ID: 1345228
I was searching for my $.05 and tried an FC survey for $.30.  I believe it was labeled "Consumer Survey."  The instructions told me I would learn about a DNA research project and that I would be given a quiz on what I read.  If I answered the questions correctly, I would earn an extra reward of $1.00.  So I paid close attention to the project details, and when I answered all the questions correctly, I was rewarded with a code to redeem at Amazon for $1. I went straight to Amazon and added another dollar to my account.  That was really cool!  Plus I got my $.05 for tomorrow.

Offers / Automotive Survey?
« on: November 08, 2020, 01:16:05 pm »Message ID: 1344479
I just completed a survey entitled "Automotive Survey" for $1.80 that had absolutely nothing to do with automotives of any kind.  It was all about an in home care service for Senior citizens.  I'm not complaining.  I'm ecstatic at completing a $1.80 survey, whatever they want to call it.  It was just something I observed.

FusionCash / Feeling the Urgency
« on: October 27, 2020, 02:09:54 pm »Message ID: 1343288
It's the end of the month.  Does anyone else feel the old, familiar urgency to complete thirty posts?  I've been doing this for so many years that I continue to feel the need to have all my ducks in a row.  Old habits die hard!  Or am I just extremely optimistic?

Offers / Auto Insurance "video"
« on: October 26, 2020, 11:37:07 am »Message ID: 1343209
Today, I was having a bit of trouble finding my required $.05, so I decided to click on the video tab.  The first video on the page asked me to Interact with an insurance company's website, which I did, and was rewarded with $.03 right away!  It was easy and quick, and I needed exactly $.03 to finish out my requirements.

Off-Topic / Veterans' Day Parade
« on: October 25, 2020, 10:49:12 pm »Message ID: 1343160
I heard about a Veterans's Day Parade for this year where the Veterans will all be seated along the sides of the route and people will drive along the route in their cars to see all the different Veterans.  My, how times have changed, but I guess we have to continue to be creative.  Our church's Christmas Eve service is going to be outside this year!

Off-Topic / Opry Fans
« on: August 21, 2020, 01:34:35 pm »Message ID: 1336729
If any of you are Grand Ole Opry fans, watch for my daughter, Natalie, on August 22nd. She is the short blond who plays the fiddle. The band has been filming a video for their new single, and we had a camera crew at our house two days ago, filming some little kids running through a sprinkler in our front yard.  It was really exciting to get to witness all the action.  I am still in stay at home/six feet apart/wear a mask mode, so it was doubly fun to have the crew come to us where all we had to do was stand back and observe!

Off-Topic / Today in History
« on: August 15, 2020, 10:35:50 am »Message ID: 1336078
Does anyone else here remember John Cameron Swayze? He showed up in the Today in History section of our PTC.  I recognized the name so I  went to his link and it was a pleasant nostalgic trip to the past.  Mr. Swayze had an NBC news show in 1955 called "Camel News Caravan."  I remember his good night catch phrase so well:  "That's the story, folks—glad we could get together. And now, this is John Cameron Swayze saying good night." It's interesting to me how heartwarming a little blast from the past like this can be.

FusionCash / Submitting Posts to Forum Bonus Form
« on: July 30, 2020, 01:48:32 pm »Message ID: 1333835
I went years before I discovered you can click on a post's Message ID number to submit it to the Forum Bonus Form. I had previously been copying down the number of the post into the form manually.  Clicking on the ID link is so much easier!  Thought maybe some of you were slow to catch on like I was and wanted to pass along the tip!

Offers / Strange Tap Format!
« on: July 27, 2020, 12:54:26 pm »Message ID: 1333396
Is it just me or are others here seeing a new format for Tap Research surveys?  When I visited Tap Research today, the red circles had disappeared and were showing up as thin red lines going across the page of my screen.  The info about the money reward and minutes required was written in black at the left side of the red line.  I could click on the red line to bring up the survey, and when I DQ'd, I got a short red "redeem" line that I could click on for my reward. I actually completed a TR survey for $.31 using this format.  Having said all that, the next time I brought up the Tap Research page, it was back to its normal red circles!  Oh, well.  They say variety is the spice of life!

FusionCash / Forum Post Submissions
« on: June 28, 2020, 12:41:16 pm »Message ID: 1329989
Do you spend a lot of time selecting the three posts for your forum bonus submissions? I do!!!  I have quite a process I go through.  I read through every single post I've written and start narrowing it down until I finally pick my three favorites.  I write all this down on a text edit sheet with the number of each post, what it's about, the ID number of the post, the date, and some stars to indicate how much I like the post, etc. Then I go back and click the number link at the top of the post to put it into my submission form.  I even double check the ID numbers with the numbers on my text edit sheet to make sure they are correct. Ya think I have a touch of OCD???  Or is it just perfectionism?  What's YOUR process?  (I imagine much less simple than mine.)

Offers / SaySo Surveys
« on: June 20, 2020, 12:07:16 pm »Message ID: 1329161
Today, when I tried the SaySo surveys, I was impressed with their DQ process.  It was quick and clear, with the following message popping up right away:

""No Match!

Looks like that one wasn’t a good fit for you. Keep trying though, we have more surveys waiting!"

I also observed that they presented 8 categories/subject lines at the time.  When I clicked on one and got disqualified, the survey did not disappear from my list.  Although I tried to access the surveys more than once (since they didn't disappear), I was credited only with the first one cent DQ.

Offers / "Fun Panel" DQ
« on: June 12, 2020, 11:29:37 am »Message ID: 1328150
Last night I noticed a "Fun Panel" survey for $.80 with a short time frame.  I figured the high reward was an incentive to join the panel.  I clicked on the info and read all the fine print.  I don't normally join a random survey company like that, but the information looked legit and the requirements for being a member appeared to be reasonable, so I decided to join.  I was immediately rewarded in my FC account with the $.80.  When I proceeded to complete the registration form for the panel, I was soon told that I didn't qualify to be a member.  My question is this.  Does anyone here think I should expect to keep the $.80, when I didn't actually become a member of the panel?
