I agree with you. I would rather take my kid to the car to change them then put them on a nasty floor.

Debate & Discuss / Re: Do Vampires really exist?

I am sure there are supernatural things out there but unsure if vampires and the likes are part of all that. It wouldnt surprise me but it would be very hard to ever prove true.

Debate & Discuss / Re: If you don't believe in Jesus Christ, do you still celebrate Christmas?
« on: November 04, 2011, 07:29:45 pm »Message ID: 442646
I do not believe in Jesus but I still celebrate Christmas because my parents believe in Him and because it is about spending time with your family and I feel it is wrong to not give gifts to Children for Christmas when you know every other child is getting them and yours will be left out and even resent you for it.  I also dont believe as many people believe in Jesus as they say they do, church seems like one big social gathering to me and thats not how its supposed to be.

Debate & Discuss / Re: Harry Potter

I dont think Harry Potter has any religious anything its just a movie about a world that is extremely different and interesting. There are lots of movies and books that are about witchcraft and stuff that are made to go in that direction and they dont fly or use wands or have dragons or any such thing. There is a big difference between fantasy and witchcraft.

I thought it was a good movie but I never read the comics so the whole lazer thing back in WWII was a little odd for me.

I know lots of people with or who had tounge rings and never had problems with it. The thing that sucks is if you take it out even for just a few hours it will close unlike other piercings.

Giving up everything you have for a man who doesnt give up anything for you and you realize it way too late.

Thats a hard one since a chicken cant grow into a chick without the egg and an egg cant be made without a chicken.. so we may never know.

Debate & Discuss / Re: Pros and Cons of text messaging

I also agree on the dumbing down American generations because sometimes even I have to think of how to spell things after texting because I spell it differently when I text. I highly disagree with anyone who thinks texting and driving is safe, it is illegal in most states.

Debate & Discuss / Re: Child Safety Studies
« on: November 04, 2011, 07:08:19 pm »Message ID: 442628
I believe somethings like lead paint are harmful and we didnt know that when it was being used but to keep using it after knowing is stupid (even though they dont even make it anymore) but things like use this child seat instead of that one are people trying to make money with newer items. Just because it is new doesnt mean it is less harmful, it just means you dont know its harmful yet. Like cell phones, nobody thinks about all the radiation that comes off them and they sit in our pockets all day and may cause cancer later in life. Back even ten years ago most people never even considered having a cell phone and protected themselves without knowing it.

Debate & Discuss / Re: Is Halloween evil?
« on: November 04, 2011, 07:01:06 pm »Message ID: 442626
Halloween is not supposed to be evil. In other countries they celebrate Halloween like we would celebrate Memorial Day, a day to celebrate our dead loved ones.

Life is scary and sometimes it really does scare me to think about bringing kids into this world because you never know what is going to happen next.

Just make sure to let it out every few hours and it should learn that is where it goes and not the apt.  I was really lucky and got an 8 week old german shepperd that was already potty trained. We have no idea how but he is close to a year old now and had never gone in the house. Also listen if it cries thats usually a good indicator.

Debate & Discuss / Re: Which r better bats or rats?
« on: November 04, 2011, 06:49:55 pm »Message ID: 442620
Bats, they are cute and fuzzy even though I wouldnt touch one. I have never heard of bad things about bats but rats get into your house and try to ruin everything but mostly food. I hate having to check boxes to make sure there were not rats trying to get into them, when you know they are around. Then you also have to set traps and see/move their dead bodies.
