Off-Topic / Re: meeting your favorite actor

I don't have a favorite actress/actor.  If I did meet one, speaking comes to mind because that is how I was raised.  As for anything else no.  They are just people making more money than I am.

About 80% (or more) of the actors in the Los Angeles Area do NOT make enough to live on.  Which is why we have the joke about every waiter being a part time actor.   Some get a really good part, and then never get a job again. Can't live off of that.  HAHAHAHAH  LOL

Lots of actors I would like to meet (and I don't mean "reality stars").  Tom Hanks, Chris O'Donnell, Meryl Streep, Catherine Bell, Chris Potter............

Payments / Re: Are you cashing out this month?

I would love to, but don't think I am going to make it.  Having the Radiology down for a few days makes a big difference.  I always got 15 or 20 cents a day, so that 4 or 5 dollars in the month is a big deal.  Anyway, got it all straightened out and hopefully it will not happen again.  The videos have ure all been cheap this month

LEAVE.  You don't need this bozo to jerk you around like that. Like everyone has said, you need to love yourself enough so that you KNOW you deserve better than that.  8 years is already to much time to have wasted on him.   /color]

Anyone could.   But would rather not.  Sometimes there is no choice, bad weather, earthquakes, too many people on the power grid so you lose power.     LOL   anyway, not by choice but I could survive.  I have been weaning myself from it a little.  I thought when I am on the computer, I don't need it for background noise.

We use it for just about everything you can cook on a grill.  Easier to clean than a lot of pans.  Doesn't heat up the kitchen like the stove and oven.

I forgot to mention my very favorite: "Sherlock" starring Benedict Cumberbatch on Masterpiece Theater.  I love his interpretation of the character as well as that of his sidekick, Watson.  Unfortunately, these episodes do not span a full season like other series-- there seem to be only a few each year.

I enjoy a lot of English shows, and they do not do full seasons as we do.  Some of them do 3 to 6 episodes and then no more for 6 months to 18 months.  It seems weird to me but they are used to it.  I do like a lot of the USA shows that go for a couple of months, then are gone for a few months then back again.

I think getting fired is worse.  I have been let go 2 times, both times they were having down sizing at the companies.  Even when you know lots of people are being let go it is still a shock.    Downsizing is often  because of poor management, and yet the poor managers still have work.

Boy what a dumb broad the wife was, you could have sued that guy for sexual harrassement and what great witnesses.  What an *bleep* he going  if he thought he was going to get away with that.   He probably had before too bad no charges were filed against him.  Wonder what that lady thought when her business dropped off so much.  Way to go.  :)

It may seem bad now, but when all these jobs are done you can really relax from your paid job and your staycation.  If you come to some jobs you don't really want to do, maybe they didn't really need done.  If you still think they do and came come up with the money pay to get them done while you relax.  It is always easier to relax when these jobs that don't get done for a while are finally crossed off the list.    ]
