Virtually all offers and videos have a red X in the corner, click it to hide the offers you know are not available.  The thing is sometimes those offers are available for X number of times per day.

The first step I would do make a list of your monthly fixed expenses

Rent/Mortgage - can't easily adjust short of moving
Power/Water Utilities - Is there anywhere you can make cuts?  Hang-Dry instead of Dryer?
TV/Internet - Do you use all 150 channels? Do you need the fastest connection?
Phone Service - Do you need a house phone? Do you need that many minutes or texts? look into Prepaid

Next Step, Find money savers, coupons, discounts
FC offers coupons, and each one earns you money on FC
Groupon
Ride Sharing - Lyft, Uber etc

Most surveys do have a set of initial qualification questions.  The problem is that they are looking for a specific number of respondents from certain demographics.  Perhaps you were #999 of 1000 and while you were taking the survey, #1000 finished up.  You are now stuck with being DQ'd after doing all that work.  It sucks, it happens to many of us.

My list of surveys has 10 or so from Your-Survey.  The problem is when I click on ANY of them, it says I am Blocked.  I have never done of them before, nor have I done anything that I know of to be blocked.  Any ideas?

It really depends on how much time you are willing to invest, as well as what your demographics(Age/Race/Income/Location) are.  I make $25 every 1-2 months on FC, but I tend to do a minimum amount of work as I am very busy with my Masters Degree.  Other people, such as Oldbuddy make a lot more than I do.

For a minimum monthly cashout you would need to complete ~ 83cents a day.  Your daily email (2c), + 5c(Videos for me), +Paid-to-Click (15c) is a good start (22c).

Chances are you were DQ'd during the final Demographics section.  Advertisers (survey owners) are looking for a certain number of responses from specific demographics.  What may have happened is there was a slot when you STARTED the survey, but by the time you finished they had enough responses from your demographic.  I know this is very frustrating and have had it happen to myself several times.

I have used Firefox as my default browser for a long time.  Generally it doesn't give me any problems with the videos.  With this new years though, I have been having issues with videos crediting using Firefox.  I have installed Windows 10 recently though, and it seems that Microsoft Edge (IE's replacement) seems to be working and granting credit on the videos.

Wrong forum section.  BUT

Getting a tooth pulled can be a big deal.  They can bleed for a few days after being extracted.  If they packed the cavity (hole) with gauze, leave it in and only change it when instructed.  Do NOT drink using a straw as this can cause the clot to dislodge and it may start bleeding again.  You should also be very careful not to chew or eat with that part of your mouth till the swelling has gone down.

You can also sign back up for the daily email.  I have had the emails randomly stop in the past and signing back up solved my problems
