I have spent the entire weekend watching Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel.  I am really enjoying them.  Are there any others out there that is watching the Christmas movies. Do you think it is too early?

I am very excited to see the flowers in my garden blooming and I am finally getting blueberries off my bush and my cherry tomatoes are very sweet.  I can hardly wait to harvest my potatoes.  Very excited.

It is a little hard for me to get back into participating in events where there is a lot of people gathered.  We have finally started eating in restaurants as opposed to picking up a meal and going home to eat.  I don't have any plans to attend big 4th of July celebrations in our area and I am wondering how many of you are back into the swing of things and returning to all of the things you did before the pandemic?

WASHINGTON -- In early April, FEMA will begin providing financial assistance for funeral expenses incurred after Jan. 20, 2020 for deaths related to coronavirus (COVID-19) to help ease some of the financial stress and burden caused by the pandemic. The policy was finalized today, and FEMA is now moving rapidly to implement this funeral assistance program nationwide.

I would tell myself to not to take life so seriously. Lighten up.  I was always very hard on myself, striving to do every thing perfectly.  Now I realize that it is not worth it.  I have learned to do my best but not to sweat the small stuff.

I love going to botanical gardens and enjoying the beauty of all the plants they having growing.  I am working on starting a flower garden this year.  what are some of your favorite easy to grow flowers that you have growing in your yard?

I am very excited that the sweet peas that I planted a couple of weeks ago has begun to grow.  Now I want to find some other stuff that I can start from seeds. 
Is there anyone out there that is planting a vegetable garden this year and if so, what are you planting?
