No, but I never qualify for any of their surveys anyway.

Heck, at least you're getting a chance to "qualify" or "disqualify."  When I get those emails and click on them, 99.9% of the time I get "link has expired."

I live in Michigan and Spring has not sprung.  Well, if you count a ton of rain and the grass is green, I guess it has.  However, the temps are barely into the 50's, it is cloudy and damp, and the sun is nowhere to be had. In a night or so the temp is supposed to drop nearly to freezing.  I need some 60-70 degree temps and the warmth of that sun!  Where, oh where, is Spring?!?!

We already have Summer in Arizona.  It's 101 as we speak!

Have been experiencing a lot of the same here lately.  I'm not:  gay enough; hispanic enough; or employed enough, AND I keep noticing that these surveys pay outs are getting lower and lower.  Peanut Labs has recently dropped down from 39 cents to 37 cents for a "10 minute survey."  What the h*ll is going on?

Have you or do you have an animal that is handicaped?  I have a cat that is deaf.  I had a cat years ago that was blind in one eye.  And several with medical problems.

I used to take care of a colony of cats and there was a female cat who was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia.  It's what a lot of people call a "wobbly cat" meaning they can't stand up straight, their heads shake, and they fall over a lot.  Only time you'll see a wobbly cat not fall over is when they run like heck.  It occurs when the part of the brain that controls fine motor skills (the cerebellum) is not completely mature at birth.  Some of these cats can do OK getting around, they just fall over a lot and they "peck" at their food to eat because they can't keep their heads still long enough to get a mouthful.  Others aren't so lucky and can't walk at all.  It's a non-progressive disease, but there is no cure for it.

I never had to worry about her getting over the walls because she was born in my back yard and her Mama just never left, lol.  They had it good because I sheltered all of them, fed and watered them, and most of all, I watched over them for the jerk bags that lived in my neighborhood who made it a habit to shoot at these cats with B-B guns and Pellet guns, and I'm not talking about kids but grown men who used to sit in their yards, get drunk, and take their pathetic lives out on these animals.  I had most, if not all, of the females spayed and even had a few of the males neutered.  I was able to place a lot of them with a rescue and they were eventually adopted out to worthy pet parents.  "Cream Puff" was adopted by a young woman who already had experience with a cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, so that sweet girl found the perfect home.
My sister has a cat with the same wobbly cat syndrom. He was also born with a hole in the top of his mouth and a clef lip. He is about 14 years old now and never would have lived if my sister wouldn't have gotten him out of the place where he was born. His mother wouldn't allow him to nurse because of his problems, and the people who owned the mother had no intention to try to get him medical attention. They thought he would either live or not, they didn't care.

I'm so very happy for that little fella that your sister came along or he would have died.  Out of all the cats that lived in my backyard, there was another female who had her litter (of 3 cats) somewhere else.  I didn't see her for a while, yet this sweet mama knew she had a problem child and when they were old enough to be moved, she brought them all to me.  I took in her one little girl (and I mean little).  Her two boys were fat and healthy, but this poor little thing had a huge head and a skinny little body and meowed so loud and deep.  She walked like a gangster, lol, and all the other cats just looked at her.  I planned on keeping her and named her Cinnamon Girl.  I took her to the vet because I noticed she had such a hard time pooping.  It was like a rock.  The vet diagnosed her with Mega Colon and told me that she probably wouldn't live very long.  It was true because I had her exactly one week before she died in my arms.  She had the most awesome day that day, too.  She actually ate really well and laid in the sun enjoying the warmth.  Then it all just took a turn for the worst and by 6 pm that night, she was gone.

I have such a soft spot in my heart for animals.  I've rescued cats, dogs and even birds.  I just love them all.

.... when I went to cash out, I received an email from Fision Cash stating I need to show proof of my name change through a court order. I have my driver's license, but there is no court order. I'm gay and got married. I'm real upset bc I feel like I'm being discriminated against bc of my sexual orientation. If I were a woman who changed her name through marriage, no one would blink an eye. Please help. I've easily spent 20 hours on this site doing these surveys. I want to be paid on principle.

It's NOT because you're gay, so stop right there.  FC requires the "court documents" from whoever has a name change.  It has absolutely nothing to do with whether you're gay or not.  I don't understand why everything with gay people has to be this way.

Off-Topic / Re: Breast Implant for Graduation?
« on: April 13, 2017, 05:47:19 pm »Message ID: 1135947
There was a story on the news last night saying that more and more parents in the state of Utah are giving their daughters who are graduating from High School a graduation gift of plastic surgery - specifically, breast implants.

How shallow is that?

Yeah, I believe in self improvement but are these girls planning to sell their bodies as prostitutes?

Does larger *bleep* make them more empowered and confident in their lives?

Health is one thing.  Vanity is another.

I know, it sounds like I'm being judgemental but I think....

If I had a daughter that age I would want her to reevaluate her priorities.

What are your thoughts?

I agree with you 1,000%!!  Maybe these "parents" weren't meant to be parents.  They have to have a screw loose to allow such a thing.  Unless it's medically necessary, there's no way I'd allow my daughter to undergo this type of procedure.  Shallow to say the least, stupid beyond belief on the other end of the spectrum.

Off-Topic / Re: Passenger on United Airlines
« on: April 11, 2017, 05:04:20 pm »Message ID: 1135442
Big news.  Earlier today, a passenger was physically pulled off an United Airlines flight because the flight was overbooked.  I understand the passenger was physically injured during this incident.

The United Airlines employees were trying to make room for other airline employees who apparently needed to catch that specific flight.

Passengers were asked to volunteer to leave the flight; however, there weren't enough passengers who volunteered to leave so the computer selected a specific passenger to "pull off the flight".

What do you think about all this?

I think the injured passenger might do well to find a good attorney to sue United Airlines.

Saw the video.  What they did to that man is criminal.  The man is a DOCTOR!  I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what went on.  I hope he does sue them.  United USED to be one of the best airlines (years ago).  I wouldn't fly United if they paid me now.  They need to lose the practice of "overbooking" their flights because if this is how they treat paying customers, I'd say there's a whole lot of people who will forget their name in an instant and never book through them again.
