Hi,

Can you believe it? Even though it is now officially the winter season here in Atlanta, Georgia, today the weather outside is almost 70 degrees  This is definitely going to be a good day. I am going to take advantage of it and go the park. Checklist: food, snacks, blanket, patio chair(s), drinks, books to read, frisbee, volley ball, LET'S GO!

HI,

I love watching the Jimmel Kimmel late night show. Guess what it has now moved up one hour earlier, from 12:35 a.m. to 11:35 p.m. This is a good thing because I am not always able to stay up to 12:35 each night.  I can at least guarantee a few nights at the one-hour earlier time. Last night was the opening premiere show at the new time and it was a good one. His first and only guest was actress Jennifer Anderson. The show to me was a blast and fun and in the typical style for Jimmy. KUDOS! AND GOOD JOB JIMMY   Look out Jay Leno and David Letterman(now I like these two shows too but Jimmy is my 1st choice).

Hi,

Yesterday I watched a few Xena DVD's and it was TOTALLY AWESOME! I really miss this series when it was on TV. I am glad that the star Lucy Lawless is happy being a mom and doing what she now wants to do, however,(AS A GUILTY PLEASURE)  I sure wish she would reconsider and bring back the entire cast IT WOULD BE SO AWESOME    . It is so easy to want to be Xena. I found myself reciting the Xena battle all day to family, friends, and co-workers      I couldn't help it. Come back Xena and bring the TV series Hercules with you, PLEASE, lol

 Hi,

It finally snowed lightly in Atlanta yesterday  . I been waiting for this. It wasn't much but it was enough for the weather man to label it as "snowing in the ATL" and I did get to see some snow fall on my sweater and my hair. Oh what a good day  yesterday (12/29/12) was. I can't wait until the wnter progresses as I feel there will be more and heavier snow coming!

Hi,

For Christmas this year I will be driving home to visit my parents, cousins, siblings and some friends who I hadn't seen since I moved to Atlanta. My mom always prepares a big meal like in the Tyler Perry movies and NOPE!    ,  my mom is not lie Madea, lol, however, she is the head matriarch of the family. We always look forward to spending Christmas with my family.  Since I cooked a big meal for Thanksgiving I decided to give myself a break,  Yaaaaaay! Merry Christmas Everyone.

HI,

It's so, so, cold now in Atlanta. It feels like the North Pole and I never been there before    . I, do however, love whenever it does snow in this city.  It doesn't snow to often and when it odes it is a major event and the whole city seems to want to shut down and enjoy it. I, personally, as an adult play in the snow as if I was little child in a toy store

My daughter has just one more day of school and then she will be home for about two weeks for the Christmas holidays, helllllllllp,     . However, ther's hope we can do some winter activites or tour some amusement park or something, anything to keep her busy and active.

HI,

Today has been a long and tiring day today. I had to work some over time hours and am truly exhausted. About an hour or so after I got home it started to rain and it's so amazing how something as simple as rain can calm the city down. The weather feels good, the city is quiet, all the animals are silent, traffic is no longer congested but quiet, and all you hear is the pitter patter of the rain drops, love it!!!

I am really appreciating the cool but calming fall weather here in Atlanta. I have really been waiting for this.  It's like drinking a cool and flavorful Icee slushee (a good flavored ice drink made with a flavor such as, coke, watermelon,pink lemon-aide,cherry,etc....)Yummmmmmy!!!!

Hi,

After work today I went to the movies with my daughter.  We saw both her favorite and mine the last of the Twilight movie series, Breaking Dawn, part 2 and it was so, so, gooood    . My favorite scenes were always the fighting scenes. Who ever scripted the fighting scenes for all of the Twilight movies deserves  some kind of award, SERIOUSLY!

Hi,

I am loving the fall weather here in Georgia.  The weather is not too cold or not to hot. It is cool enough for just a light blanket.  However, by the end of the winter seasons I always end of hating winter and can't wait for summer   Wiered isn't it

I have been attempting surveys for the past few weeks(a lot from SAMPLICIOUS) and some others, whereas, if you are deemed not eligible you are supposed to recieve and incentive for attempting them.  I've been waiting for the incentives to post and they have not been, what is wrong, I am confused? In about 3 days I should be receiving my  FC monthly fee for the forum, guess this will help, thanks, xenagirl92
