Salads are my favorite or maybe just baked chicken with veggies and water that is always a really low calorie meal and makes you feel great to.

No, i do not take any anti-depressants or any anxiety medicine. When i get like that i just try and keep myself busy and surround myself with people, i hate taking medications.

Yes it does, but that is what it is suppose to do, it is suppose to give you an energy boost so i avoid any thing with caffiene in it before i go to sleep.
