Not as much as I use to, I haven't really came across too many great deals, I still buy the papers though, I don't want to miss out on a coupon that would get me free makeup at walmart or cvs.

It seems lately $5 is the lowest I get to, but I am trying to get it to where it doesn't get that low and I leave money in the savings.

I use a foam roller when I have muscular aches, they are about 10 to 20 bucks. I love just laying on them and rolling back and forth on my upper back and quads. They come in big and smaller sizes. Those stick on heat things work decently for me when I've strained something.

Stick with a budget, living on my own I got use to already knowing I didn't have the money, so I got use to not buying things unless I budgeted them in.

Had a birthday, didn't really celebrate it, it wasn't until the day was 3/4 over when my fiancé realized he had forgotten it. Yeah I got to hold that over his head for a bit. lol
