Off-Topic / what is your favorite app for your phone?
« on: July 15, 2015, 11:35:23 am »Message ID: 997053
i think my favorite app is coupon sherpa.  I have a lot of apps that i use daily but this one has coupons that you can pull up in just a flash at different stores and restaurants and save a lot of money without having to remember to go print a % off coupon I always have easy access to them.

Off-Topic / Shoes
« on: July 13, 2015, 05:47:36 am »Message ID: 996504
I love shoes   :in-love:  I was wondering does anyone wear house shoes all the time... not necessarily what is considered house shoes but a designated pair of shoes you wear all the time inside?  I hate regular house shoes because they are hot and have no support but since i have had some serious feet problems I have been wearing a pair of birkenstock shoes all the time inside.  (They are much too ugly to wear in public, lol)  I got them online for $19 and the regular price was something like $129  !!!  When I got them I went back to order another pair for that price but of course by then the price was back up.   It pays to check weekly or daily on 6pm.com if you are looking for shoes .... great bargins.

Yes I do sell online but lately I have done more playing than selling.  It is "work" to sell online because of the constant marketing required to be seen.  I do great around Christmas however.   :D

Off-Topic / Re: What do you think?

I don't think that surveys are that profitable especially if you need the money right away.  I have said before I usually never qualify for the survey so I feel like i am wasting my time in that way.  There are some reputable companies online that you can do from home so look into that.  I would start by checking them with the better business bureau however because you don't want to get ripped off.  Good Luck

I never seem to qualify for surveys.   I spend a lot of time answering questions that I this is the survey only to find out it was to qualify for the survey and I am turned down.  Maybe I'm too old lol

Off-Topic / What kind of computer do you have?
« on: July 12, 2015, 07:45:13 am »Message ID: 996278
I am getting a new computer for Christmas ... I know that is a way off yet but I am trying to decide what to get.  The one I have now is a Dell and it has a lot of issues.  It is so slooooowwwwwww.   I have looked at so many online I am now more confused than ever.  I don't think I want an all in one because it seems like too much could go wrong.(maybe I'm just old school)  and i really don't want a lap top so I think I will be staying with the desktop pc.  My monitor is still good so I only need the PC part.  Any suggestions.... I want it to be FAST  lol

Off-Topic / Do you go to church on Sunday
« on: July 12, 2015, 07:41:30 am »Message ID: 996277
I normally am in church right now but since my hubby is working today I slept in and I'm going to visit my mom today.  I miss not being at church because first of all I love God and want to hear the message but also it gives me comfort and energizes me for the week ahead.

Off-Topic / Re: Do you cook from recipes or stratch?
« on: July 12, 2015, 07:36:54 am »Message ID: 996276
I do a little of both.  Always follow a recipe for baking but for dinner I occasionally follow a recipe but usually I just take a recipe as a suggestion and add or take away the things i like or don't like.  I do a lot of cooking so most everything I can just put it together without a recipe.

I will be praying for your daughter Angie and for you as well.  There is nothing more upsetting than to have your child sick or in trouble.  May God give you comfort as he heals that precious child
