Turn that frown upside down -- Tap surveys are loading again!  Whatever the cause of the disruption, it appears the issue has been resolved.  Try 'em and see for yourself.

Well, I am pleased to receive my March posting bonus and the $1 Payment Picture bonus both at once.  It gives me a little boost of encouragement during uncertain times as we are finding ourselves in right now.  Sometimes things appear to be about as clear as mud, but somehow, with the passage of time, it all dissolves away.

I'm managing to get those 5 pennies, but it means staying up until midnight Pacific Time when the video page gets updated.  That's been the best time for me to succeed with what is available (coupon offers no longer credit for me).

Hang tough, everybody! :highfive:

I get frustrated struggling to work this site like everybody else, but do believe we are going to have to face the effects of an economy that is stalled.  We are all in this together (like it or not).  Being civil to one another does not have to change.

Discussions are ongoing to reopen this country for business so my unasked-for suggestion is to accept a wait-and-see approach for now.  And please be kind.

I lucked out with a Pollfish survey after midnight that granted my wish -- actually doubled it -- credited 10¢!  You never know with a Pollfish offer whether you will qualify or what the pay will be, but at least try it if it swims into your video page.

You and me both, kjstrukel.  I was able to do my PTC, but only have 3¢ at this point.  Videos are my fall back when Tap starts acting up.  But this time, Tap appears to be out of surveys on this site -- and that doesn't make sense either. :dontknow:

Suggestions / Re: For Now, Eliminate the Required 5 Cents for Next PTC

Given all that is going on,  I would support that idea even if only for a short while.

I think this is a reasonable solution for this site.  Waiving the 5¢ requirement shouldn't be a big deal on a temporary basis.  But I don't know what that might involve in accomplishing that from an internal (programming on this site) perspective?  The page that calculates what you have to date towards your 5 pennies would need to be changed or deactivated.  Or, can this page be removed at all?

Looks as though I was lucky enough to complete a few, just exceeding the 5¢ needed for PTC tonight.  But on checking back by mid-afternoon Tap was out of gas.  Guessing the teams or writers from the survey companies have gotten their work done after they updated a number of these surveys with Coronavirus-related questions. ???

I tried Tap just now and it's stuck on that first step.  It will not load at all.  Tried backspacing arrow and it just bounces right back. :angry7:

The "search" videos can be finicky at times.  Sometimes they trigger the screen that warns that it is a malicious site.  My thinking is that it is due to the virus protection software.  I've even noticed that an error message screen may appear now, but if I keep it open for the required time I still receive the credit.  There have been a couple of new "search" videos added to my video page:  Search and Earn! and Find Top Results!

Congrats on your Pollfish survey.  Very nice when they load without that 403 error.  Lately I've tried several to no avail.  Then on Saturday I tried a Pollfish survey on dog food and was blessed with 6¢.  I really like these surveys because they're not so long you want to stop and then you gasp when you finish (since you do not know up front what it will pay).
Bingo! :fish:

Off-Topic / Re: Grocery Delivery
« on: April 13, 2020, 10:48:56 pm »Message ID: 1320871
I've made just a few visits to a familiar grocery store close by.  No online orders, no delivery services.  I didn't linger in store since we've got social distancing in place nor did I wear any type of mask or bandana (which works reasonably well).  At first, you only saw a few, including clerks, wearing a mask, but that has almost become the norm now.  The floor had taped marks designating the requested 6 ft. of spacing.  Social distancing compliance is required in my state which is set to expire April 30.
