The site has not changed hands.   There are natural ebbs and flows of offer and survey availability and a lot of that is connected to the summer.  You can expect more opportunities in the final quarter of the year.

The actual crediting timeframe for proof of payment picture bonuses always varies, based on external factors.  So there isn't any meaningful estimate or countdown that we can offer since they're almost always credited sooner than the maximum quoted time.

Forum bonuses, on the other hand, are requested and approved in month-sized batches on a fixed timeframe.  So we can provide a (mostly) meaningful countdown on that.

Most days, it has the highest qualification rate.  If you look at the panel titled 'Daily Surveys' on the left side of your FC Suveys page, the daily survey opportunities are sorted by qualification rate, highest at the top.

Folks, I know the rule is a bit complicated but the bottom line is that we are well aware of circumstances like moving, only having a mobile based connection, traveling, and so on.  As long as you do your best to avoid sharing internet connections or locations with other FC users, you will get the benefit of the doubt.  In enforcing this rule, we look for intent to defraud or deceive and give leeway for the reasons described above and for small/minor infractions.  The only caveat here is that irregular internet connection usage patterns will likely trigger anti-fraud measures like requiring an ID verification.

The Opinion Central daily survey has an overall monthly completion limit which is usually reached sometime in the last few days of each month.  For those few days until the new month (and quota) starts, you will not find the link. It goes away and comes back automatically.

discovered that the site hosting the "Today's Babe" photos has "gone out of business" and are no longer updating.

Indeed you are correct!  We're working on a replacement and hope to have one ready soon.

Although "public or shared computer or public internet connection" - does that just mean I can't use some connection from a McDonald's or something or is that restrictive om using the internet connection at a friend's house too?  (like a home connection, not public, and not a referral or anything)

We advise that you just use FC from home.  With that said, you can use a friends' private connection like you described, however, that friend (and anyone else living there) will not be able to use FC as long as they live there.  So you (and them) should be quite sure about that before you login.

What ladavia89 said is correct.  Just wanted to add that, if you find yourself getting more than the occasional denial, you might have a something incorrect in one or more of your profile surveys (go check them carefully) or you might not be paying enough attention to your answers.  Another common issue is that folks will change their answers depending on what they think the survey is looking for - if you do that, you should expect lots of reversals since survey providers will find your data unreliable and be forced to throw the results out.

I had one that took over 45 minutes the other day only to get an over-quota and a penny. I posted about it and FC was nice enough to award me $1 and remove that particular survey. The survey said that it would take about 37 minutes but it took me over 45 minutes.

FC noted that they were going to try to do something about very long surveys that DQ or over quota after the survey is completed and submitted. I think that it is nice they are awarding us a nickel now but I think the survey companies should be more responsible in giving us more pennies if we are over quota after finishing a very long survey. I think the survey companies should be willing to give us 25 cents if any of us spend more than 20 minutes on a survey only to get DQ'd or over quota.

I like the penny when I spend a short period of time on the survey and get DQ'd but after 20 minutes, that is a  different story.

Surveys pay us per complete.  DQ bonuses (both the normal 1c DQ bonus and the new "Long DQ" bonuses) are paid out of our pocket.  It's a way to compensate you guys for your time and incentivize us to find the very best surveys.

If you have enough to cash out early in the next month (ie the 2nd,) it would be paid on/about the 20th of the following month.  You would be better off to just wait until towards the end of that month to build up the amount of the cashout -- which is always paid on/about the 20th of the month following the month of your request.

In fact, you'd have to wait until the 20th of the following month to request your 2nd cashout in this hypothetical scenario.  Reason being, you can only have one pending cashout at a time, and your prior month's cashout remains pending until around the 20th when it gets approved.

The ones that are entitled "consumer survey" (in my experience) are the ones that are most likely to revoke credit for past completed surveys. I only attempt them if I'm really bored, always thinking I have a 50/50 chance of actually getting paid.

You might be missing out on some good stuff -- that is one of several 'fallback' names which means that many different surveys on different topics and from different providers can end up with that name.
