That's a bummer, bostonphil!  I can see the DQ after 47 mins.  I went ahead and gave you a $1 bonus in the hopes that you'll keep at it.   Sorry for the bad experience :(  That survey has been removed as well.

Maybe I shouldn't be grumpy about this because you're liable to kick me off FC, but is that fair to others that took surveys and were DQ'd after so many minutes? You may be opening up a can of worms there.  I know I've already done long surveys that took quite a while and was DQ'd at the very end. i didn't get any compensation for them except the penny.
We don't kick folks off FC without a good reason.  You can complain if you want to :)

While I can't get into the specifics of it right now, we do have a new (as of today) program to alleviate some of the pain of a very long survey process that ends in DQ.

The DCE system is pretty sensitive.  If you accidentally report any of our messages as 'spam', or if your email box experiences any kind of issue (like being over quota or temporarily disabled because you're late paying the ISP) it will definitely cause you to be unsubscribed automatically.

There's no reason I can think of why you'd have to reapply every 1 year.  Assuming you had to reapply, you can still manage to avoid missing your 2c for the day since a DCE is sent as soon as you sign up (for your first day).

Your check was mailed 2/18 and tracked to your city on 2/20.  You should have received it on that day or shortly after.  It hasn't been returned to us.  If you want, we can issue you a new check; you just have to open a support ticket and request it.

If you have any of the following, it may prevent sample-cube from working:
1) Disabled javascript
2) Disabled silverlight
3) Disabled flash
4) Use adblocking/firewall software

Once you've gone through that list, try again - I bet it works for ya.

Thanks for the feedback.  I checked and the surveys seem to me to look and work the same in both IE & Firefox.  Are you still having issues with IE?

The 1/2 cent videos from Virool require you to watch the whole video.  These are always youtube videos.  There are other 1/2 cent videos, and those ones only require you to watch 30 seconds, no matter how long they are.

Hi all,

Just wanted to share a few updates with you:

1) YourSurveys daily survey is no longer available; instead, the surveys that it offered are now broken out individually on the FC Surveys page.  This means you have access to more surveys and better rewards than before.  Right now, they're not offering DQ bonuses, but we're working on getting those up and running.

2) Univox surveys are back on the FC Surveys page, and we're working closely with them to maximize qualification rates.  We've still got a ways to go but we are making progress.

3) Lab42 Daily Survey is becoming more and more popular and has just been increased in payout (again) to $0.65 per survey - check it out!

We've got more improvements and survey sources coming - thank you for your patience and participation!

When the thanks feature was first implemented, you could actually see who thanked you. That went away when the forum was updated last.

I don't see the benefit of the thanks feature at all but someone suggested it and they added it.
In theory, someone with a lot of "thank-yous" should be a bit more trustworthy.

If you're having this problem it's almost always because your name on your FusionCash account doesn't match the name on your PayPal account.  We used to be able to be flexible on this (e.g. allowing small typos or nicknames) but that's no longer possible -- they have to be exactly (letter for letter and space for space) the same.

I had this problem when I tried to cash out in January. I realized the issue was that my name was different on my PayPal as it is here even though it had always gone through before. I made the change and was able to cash out. The time came for me to receive my payment and I get a notice that the payment was temporarily denied because you need to verify my information. I tried to verify online but in step 2 where I had 4 minutes to answer a question, there was no question. So the verification failed and now you want me to verify by fax or email.  I submitted a ticket about this and you tell me I can submit the info via email to, I thought you only used I'm really not happy about this run around I'm getting.

You used the business contact form even though it specifically asks you not to, and you got directed back to the correct support channel.  We use for the website and for our email system, for legacy reasons.  We also own a suite of similar domains ( .us , .co ) and short domains and

I'm sorry about the trouble you've had -- the "step 2" portion of the ID process has been used successfully many times by our members before and since your attempt, so I'm not sure what went wrong there.

Just a quick note -- we've increased the reward on the Lab42 Daily Survey from $0.55 to $0.60.

We're also working hard on some new survey opportunities which we hope to unveil in the next month or two.
