Support / Re: Huge Cashout Issue
« on: February 11, 2016, 08:17:53 am »Message ID: 1045802
If you're having this problem it's almost always because your name on your FusionCash account doesn't match the name on your PayPal account.  We used to be able to be flexible on this (e.g. allowing small typos or nicknames) but that's no longer possible -- they have to be exactly (letter for letter and space for space) the same.

Sorry about this, it seems PayPal is having an issue.  I've worked around it and you should now be able to cashout.  Please try it again at your convenience.

Apologies, UGetPaid.  That was a mistake.  I have re-credited you for the bonus effective today.

Keep in mind that FC is losing money when this happens, too.  We only revoke rewards when we're not paid for your signup or survey completion.  So, you can imagine that it's in our best interest to minimize revoked credits, and we do our best to maintain that.  Unfortunately, when it happens, we rarely get a specific reason (it's sent to you in an email if we do).

Support / Re: what is the limit on how much i can make? Could i get 1 million referrals?
« on: December 09, 2015, 12:29:02 am »Message ID: 1031369
As long as you're a US member, there are no hard limits to your referring bonuses.  Some members have made 5, even 6 figures off of referrals in a year.  With that said, by the time you're generating that much traffic, we'll ask you to move to the affiliate program which is more suited for high volume promotion.  As long as your referrals are legit, we're happy to pay for as many as you can get.

Payments / Re: 25 was not enough?

You can cashout at $25.  What you read was just a heads-up/warning about the possibility of revokes/denials, and a suggestion to make a few extra bucks.  It's not required.  Just scroll down and click Cashout if you want.

This image (attached to your post) should work for the bonus.

The image you submitted on the request form was different -- a resized version of that one, resized so small (around 100-150px wide) that we couldn't read anything on it.   That's why it wasn't acceptable.  You can try again with this exact image file -- it looks to be within the allowed file size and width/height.

Suggestions / Re: Faster Cashout Approval
« on: November 19, 2015, 07:33:27 am »Message ID: 1026330
The delay has less to do with our operations and more to do with survey and advertiser partners.  They're the ones that need the extra time to process rejects/fraud, when that happens.  If we could reliably pay faster, we'd definitely be doing it.  Also, as suggested by ladavia89, we can afford to 'eat' the payment fees with our current setup but would struggle to do so on a faster / more frequent schedule.

You may still get the $5 bonus if she is listed as your ref. FC may have just had to create those bonuses as being the easiest way to reinstate those credits, and her status as your referral may have been reinstated as well. Good luck!
This is correct.  Future cashout bonuses should post as expected.

Thanks for letting us know.  We'll get that blocked ASAP and hopefully prevent future ones like this from appearing.

FusionCash / Re: love fusion cash and hello to the community
« on: July 18, 2015, 06:32:56 am »Message ID: 997698
Hello all!  Just wanted to say hello to the community and to thank Fusion Cash for sending along Old Buddy's videos this morning.  If you are out here, just want to say thank you and I'm really excited about participating.  Being a totally blind computer user, I was very excited to be able to perform the paid2Click option that Old Buddy talked about in his videos.  I'm off to a good start.  I got all of the profiles filled out, did the daily email, and paid2click.  As time goes, I will make that 2.5 minutes.  Also there was listening to that audio challenge for the captcha and filling that in.  When I finished I'm now up to %5.65.  I will definitely keep Fusion Cash going!  Think it will definitely be one of my favorites!  Don't have to do much and will definitely be able to make some extra bucks on the side since I don't work in the summer!  All I can say is wow!!!!
Awesome that you were able to participate with a screen reader.  Thank you for the feedback!

FusionCash / Re: Earnings Banner updates
« on: July 18, 2015, 06:31:27 am »Message ID: 997697
The earnings banner updates every 30 minutes, but that update time is tracked separately for each color of banner, so you can have cases where they'll be out of sync.  The account balance at the top of the page is updated either every 15 minutes, or whenever you view your 'My Account' page, so it will generally be ahead of the earnings banners.

Offers / Re: TXN is it safe?

They pull your transactions to analyze your spending directly.  It's like a survey but the answers come from your CC or bank account statement.  Whether you are comfortable handing over that info is a personal question - it's definitely not for everyone.  But they use the same technology as companies like Intuit (mint/quicken) which is used by millions upon millions of people -- so I think it's probably safe.

Support / Re: I can't validate my paypal
« on: July 16, 2015, 07:39:10 am »Message ID: 997235
That's correct, you cannot use a .ru (or other non-US) top-level domain for your email address or payment email address.  This is the case no matter where your PayPal account is based (US or elsewhere).  It looks like you have an alternative email with a .com domain - you can add that as a secondary email address on your PayPal account and then enter that as your payment email.

I just looked and saw Pieces. If that's your sign it would be at the top and not listed with the rest
This is the answer.  Based on your date of birth, your sign is shown by itself at the top of the page.  The other 11 follow below.
