Wish support would answer my ticket that has been open since December. Still unable to access any FC surveys except the ones that I get an email on. Not sure what the problem is but wish they would let me know. Wondering if my account is blocked for some reason. Still receiving the same message for months and have done everything on my end to try and fix it. Our IT person even came to my house as favor to try and help. He explained it is up to FC to fix it and my internet service said the same thing. Anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this.
